This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

Our main objective was to create a home for a longtime client in her new city of Boston. The Beacon Hill townhouse had been totally gutted, providing a blank slate to add contemporary moments including Carrara marble in the kitchen and a PELLE Bubble Chandelier over the tub, while the curved archway in the kitchen and reclaimed mantel over the fireplace pay homage to the past. Our client’s feminine style and love of rich colors can be found throughout, making this new house a home. Whimsical patterns, bold colors, and a love for animals make this Boston-based townhouse anything but stuffy. Five residential-style, three-level cottages are located behind the hotel facing 32nd Street. Spanning 1,500 square feet with a kitchen, rooftop deck featuring a fire place + barbeque, two bedrooms and a living room, showcasing masterfully designed interiors. Each cottage is named after the islands in Newport Beach and features a distinctive motif, tapping five elite Newport Beach-based firms: Grace Blu Interior Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Design, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.

This compact, urban backyard was in desperate need of privacy. We created a series of outdoor rooms, privacy screens, and lush plantings all with an Asian-inspired design sense. Elements include a covered outdoor lounge room, sun decks, rock gardens, shade garden, evergreen plant screens, and raised boardwalk to connect the various outdoor spaces. The finished space feels like a true backyard oasis.

This is a metro-style tile accent where there used to be a carmel colored 1950's tile job. This small master bathroom was given a beautiful bowl or trough-style sink atop a handsome hardwood cabinet. New fixtures, including rain shower. New neutral brown style tile floor. Customer VERY satisfied!

A third time client, these empty nesters wanted to modernize an outdated bathroom with bold features and a masculine look. Ann Sacks cement tile complements the floor in a vivid pattern and matte black and brass features give the look a handsome appeal.
