The customers needed to expand their living space and wanted to bring light into their home. We added a Four Seasons Sunroom Georgian style glass roof and front room for them to use for kids to play in and family to enjoy. On another side of the house a Four Seasons Sunroom System 230 Sun & stars shed roof sunroom was added. Matching deck and stairs were added for easy access to sunroom and kitchen for grilling.

This 2022 project for Sovereign Grace Music was a full-scale, purpose-built recording and production facility designed to support songwriting, live tracking, mixing, and video content creation. Working alongside the extraordinary Sovereign Grace team—and in collaboration with Authentic Carpentry—NILES handled sound reduction, audio integration, and all acoustic treatment design and installation.
The facility features a full Control Room, a spacious Live Room, and a large Isolation Booth engineered for dry drum capture or vocal tracking during full-band sessions. Each space was crafted for accuracy, clarity, and intuitive workflow, ensuring that engineers and artists can move seamlessly between rooms without breaking creative momentum.
Clear sightlines, generous lighting, and intentional layout choices make the studio equally suited for recording and video production. Every room is wired for a plug-and-play workflow, supporting multi-camera shoots, ensemble tracking, and efficient session flow.
Behind the aesthetic, the acoustic infrastructure is highly robust. The Control Room, Live Room, and ISO Booth sit on independent floor systems with tailored sound-reducing wall assemblies and strategic treatments throughout. No suite is mechanically bonded, allowing simultaneous use of all rooms with minimal sound transmission.
Monitoring in the Control Room centers around PMC 6-2 loudspeakers, precisely tuned to ensure accurate translation from mix position to the final master.
The result is a balanced, inviting, and technically exact environment—built to serve the diverse creative needs of Sovereign Grace Music for years to come.

A whimsical touch graces this Four Hands dresser's top in the form of a longhorn stuffed animal, a nod to the University of Texas at Austin. This playful addition not only pays homage to a cherished institution but also infuses the room with vibrant energy. It's a testament to the room's blend of practicality and youthful charm. Above this, a framed airplane sketch on paper draws the eye, adding an air of adventure to the room's ambiance.
To the right of the dresser, a walk-in closet beckons, a treasure trove brimming with clothing, books, and toys. A straw basket, artfully crafted into a face, adds a touch of artisanal craftsmanship while providing storage for the everyday.
A vintage stool with a lively burst of colorful cushioning offers additional seating. This stool not only enhances the room's functionality but also contributes to its vintage-inspired aesthetic. The room effortlessly accommodates activities, from lounging with a good book to engaging in imaginative play.
This shared boys' bedroom encapsulates the essence of childhood with its storage solutions that harmonize with playful embellishments. The room strikes a balance between practicality and creativity, fostering an environment where organization and self-expression intertwine seamlessly. It's a space that echoes the vibrancy of youth while embracing the necessities of daily life in a stylish and charming ensemble.

This is just right, everything has a purpose and it is so beautiful. Plenty of storage and function but yet so pretty you won't want to leave the kitchen.
This is inset construction and semi custom cabinetry. Notice the drawers under the cooktop for plenty of pot and pan storage. The glass doors are such a graceful detail that lightens up a small space. There is nothing like having the kids pull up to the back of the pennisula having snacks and doing homework. The undercounter refrigerator is really convenient for the kids too.
The quartz countertops are so beautiful and even more practical. Design by Dan Thompson for DDK Kitchen Design Group. Photographs by Michael Lee Photography. Countertops by Tithof Tile.

Natural beauty was the inspiration behind this principal bathroom renovation, keeping with a light and neutral palette. The waterjet cut backsplash in a water lily pattern combined marble and onyx, giving depth and interest to the space. The remaining tiles are Glassos, a porcelain tile that mimics Thassos marble, but will never discolor with time. Beautiful sculptural Brizo plumbing in polished brass gives this design the sparkle and traditional essence without feeling dated. Cleverly-designed, the double vanity give ample storage while taking the tight quarters into consideration, topped with white quartz for durability. Brass and alabaster sconces and flush-mount lighting play off the plumbing unifying the design of this stunning bathroom.

The client envisioned a laundry room that radiates cheerfulness and playful charm while maintaining the home’s overall refined elegance. Drenched in Sherwin Williams Upward, a soft, airy blue-gray, the classic Shaker cabinetry feels fresh and timeless, complemented by brass hardware from the Rejuvenation Eloise collection and a crisp white quartz countertop. Cole & Son’s iconic large-scale flamingo wallpaper in muted cream and charcoal and the Visual Comfort Hampton chandelier in plaster white adds just the right dose of whimsy while hand-painted-look floor tiles from Best Tile in black and cream bring vintage European charm. Clean vertical-groove paneling keeps the space light and classic, and a brass shelf-hung drying rod from Rejuvenation offers both function and subtle sparkle. A walnut table with turned legs and woven baskets provides the perfect landing spot for folding and finishing touches.
