From foundation pour to welcome home pours, we loved every step of this residential design. This home takes the term “bringing the outdoors in” to a whole new level! The patio retreats, firepit, and poolside lounge areas allow generous entertaining space for a variety of activities.
Coming inside, no outdoor view is obstructed and a color palette of golds, blues, and neutrals brings it all inside. From the dramatic vaulted ceiling to wainscoting accents, no detail was missed.
The master suite is exquisite, exuding nothing short of luxury from every angle. We even brought luxury and functionality to the laundry room featuring a barn door entry, island for convenient folding, tiled walls for wet/dry hanging, and custom corner workspace – all anchored with fabulous hexagon tile.

The Bell floor plan is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with a rear entry 2 car garage and a bonus room. This floor plan can be built in the Enclave at Kelsey Park.
The Enclave is an elegant neighborhood found in Kelsey Park on the south side of Lubbock off Quaker and 137th.

The homeowners sought to create a modest, modern, lakeside cottage, nestled into a narrow lot in Tonka Bay. The site inspired a modified shotgun-style floor plan, with rooms laid out in succession from front to back. Simple and authentic materials provide a soft and inviting palette for this modern home. Wood finishes in both warm and soft grey tones complement a combination of clean white walls, blue glass tiles, steel frames, and concrete surfaces. Sustainable strategies were incorporated to provide healthy living and a net-positive-energy-use home. Onsite geothermal, solar panels, battery storage, insulation systems, and triple-pane windows combine to provide independence from frequent power outages and supply excess power to the electrical grid.

The large bevelled mirror was chosen to reflect the natural landscape. A bi fold door was selected to open the space to the outside. An elegant, simple contemporary dining table by Hulsta was sourced for dining. The pots were a bit of a find! Styling by Maria Fenlon interior Design. Photography by Sean & Yvette.

The deck steps, with built in recessed lighting, span the entire width of the Trex deck and were designed to define the different outdoor rooms and to provide additional seating options when entertaining. Light brown custom cedar screen walls provide privacy along the landscaped terrace and compliment the warm hues of the decking.

This design involved a renovation and expansion of the existing home. The result is to provide for a multi-generational legacy home. It is used as a communal spot for gathering both family and work associates for retreats. ADA compliant.
