The use of the same pavers in the walkway and courtyard created design continuity and flow. Paver color and texture enhance and seamlessly integrate with an adjacent natural stone retaining wall.
Expert workmanship is showcased via smooth pavement elevation transitions and precise paver trim cuts. This quality Eco-Panorama Demi paver install ensured the homeowner’s stormwater drainage issues were addressed in a manner that enhanced the beauty of their home.
The existing storm drain inlets were retained and work in conjunction with installed Eco-Panorama Demi permeable pavers. The pavers also achieve visual harmonization with the adjacent natural stone wall, which was a project requirement.

Wood AnchorDanali Clothing in Winnipeg looked to update their space with a unique revision of their cash desk and workstation table for folding and packaging their high end garments and products.
This project was a collaboration of design/build with Bruce Shefrin Interior Design who designed the pieces and Lucien Woodwork who built all the cabinetry with Wood Anchor fabricating the wood and steel details.
We cladded the cash desk with beautiful 11 foot long full length wide laminations of Elm. The Elm was also utilized on the workstation featuring a 1-1/2″ thick solid wood work top.
The work station drawers feature solid wood Elm doors that we milled from two beautiful book-matched slabs.
We built and fabricated the steel framing on the workstation, the steel shelving and countertop featured on the dash desk.
The collaborative efforts produced the desired results of beautiful design and craftsmanship and most importantly a happy customer!

Venetian pavers were selected for their ability to integrate with the earthen tones found in the area’s natural grasses, granite, oaks and rust-toned soil. Pavers were tumbled to achieve a weathered and rustic look, complementing the limestone used on the home.
The home’s exterior includes exudes quality and includes limestone as well as both precast and oil rubbed bronze iron accents. Tumbled pavers balance German Schmear grout style used on the limestone walls and the roof tile mudded ridges and bumps. The commitment to craftsmanship necessitated a 2.5 year build process.
Keystone Hardscapes samples were created and brought to the home during the final stages of constructions to ensure critical harmony between the pavers and exterior elements of the home. The paver samples were laid against the stucco, precast, limestone and cedar garage doors to confirm design alignment and flow.
The natural grade of this site was mitigated through a significant backfill and retaining wall; delivering a subtle slope from street to a flat grade driveway. This provided an even surface for vehicles and, with Venetian pavers, a seamless transition from the entry gate in to the inner courtyard.

KBC DevelopmentsOverlooking Semiamhoo Bay, Galadriel is a refined, modern home with the warmth and strength inherently found in West Coast architecture. Textures of natural stone, Douglas fir, glass and steel unify the interior with its geographical setting - surrounded by evergreens and unrestricted views of the ocean. The entrance to the home is accessed by a crossing above a reflecting pool, in which sits a stunning and solitary bonsai which is illuminated from above through an oculus in the roof’s overhang. Expansive outdoor spaces featuring fire features and seating areas are connected by a curved metal staircase set over a blackened steel reflecting pool, adding a graphic element to the rear of the home. Clerestory glazing in an elevated roof area offers an opening into the tree canopy towards the front of the property and allows light to permeate the interior of the home, while full height windows throughout maximize the impressive views. Living spaces throughout provide ample room for entertaining and comfort. Creativity is shown in the many colourful and whimsical accents. The master bedroom features two ensuite baths - a unique request that makes good sense for the owners. Spaces for work, writing and art were given priority reflecting the values and livelihood of our clients. Projecting from a stone clad wall, cantilevered white oak stair treads lead to an extraordinary wine display that incorporates a sculptural component taken as a memento from our client’s work as a producer in the film industry, adding a strong personal dimension.

B Designs Interior'sShannon and john have an in law suite where family and guest in general stay. When they bought this house it was pretty dated and they want to continue updating , but this time its all the bathrooms, starting here, This bathroom has no windows and both Shannon and John of elderly parents so i suggested getting rid of the old tub/shower combination and doing a sliding door shoer so its easier for Shannons dad who uses a walker to maneuver in and out of. I then took some measurements with ideas i already had and produce 3 different versions/designs for them to choose from. This was the winner. I wanted to create a cheerful relaxed space for their guest and given this bath has no windows i also wanted to use color and bring in some nature. The bright Navy blue vanity with gold accents and the patterned floor is eye catching and bold yet relaxed and welcoming. Adding a 2 small wooden shelves above the toilet brings in warmth and the plant and bird accent add charm and some outdoor greenery.I kept he rest simple so the eye isn't overwhelmed. the end result is a relaxed yet happy feeling and i hope it brings a mile to everyones face.
