All valleys were flashed with 20 oz red copper.

New deck installed adjacent to the addition, with patio doors exiting from the new living room, providing optimal function and accessibility. Stairs from the deck are now oriented toward the backyard. A proper back door exit from the walk-out basement was created, replacing the previous patio doors.

This job was a repair from a previous contractors installation. The material that was used for the gaps on the flagstone was incorrect and blowing away every time the entrance walk was cleaned. To keep the budget within reason we left the original flagstone in place. Cleaning of the joints, and the installation of the proper jointing sand completed the repair. Strategic replacement of the landscape rocks and some installation of new plantings has this entrance looking beautiful.

To accommodate the high attachment of the pergola to the roof, we installed the structural attachments upside down! We installed 2 windows where there wasn't once before. We had to brace every joist to add 4 x 12 headers above both windows with proper supporting king studs and cripplers along with earthquake straps. this was expensive but this is how we left it for the customer.

Here is saddle we built for the Sjogstad residence. They were having issues with ice dams building up behind and around the chimney. The saddle was built so water/snow would properly deflect and not collect and build up and damage the roof. We also installed new cultured stone, gutters, fascia and shingles.
