The Whirlpool W11569437 Washer Console is your washing machine's control center, containing the user interface and display. This electronic panel allows you to select wash cycles, change settings such as water temperature and spin speed, and track the status of your laundry. You can control the washer by pressing buttons, turning knobs, or using a touch screen (depending on the console design). A clear display shows the selected cycle, the estimated time remaining, and any error codes that may appear. A functional console is essential for operating your washer efficiently and ensuring your clothes receive proper care.

A 6,000 square foot 2-story new home complex in Milpitas was designed to facilitate the owners’ large business parties and gatherings, to have rooms for the kids to come back to upstairs, and a ground floor master suite with a huge walk-in closet. Several separate structures make up the dwelling: The main house, 3-car garage with carport for overflow parking, and a separate entertainment and recreation building separated by a courtyard from the main house.
The business activities include gatherings in the hundreds of people, so parking was maximized and guests can flow in through a separate gate to party in the courtyard and recreation building. Inside this structure is a wet bar, billiard room, workout gym and home theater. The main house ground floor has formal and informal living rooms, open kitchen and master suite with views and expansive windows in every direction. The house is sited on the crestline of a hill with views of the San Francisco Bay and private golf course below. The indoor-outdoor aspect of the house is further accentuated with outside living and dining areas.
High ceilings and expansive glass walls dissolve the sense of enclosure taking advantage of the site’s openness and privacy. The owner’s suite is downstairs in anticipation of aging-in-place, and upstairs there are three bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a sitting area lounge and casual TV loft area.
The house sits on one acre at the top of a low hill range overlooking Milpitas. The city was very cognizant of the importance of keeping a low profile at this crestline and required extensive story poles and photo evidence of the proper height and siting so as not to be seen from certain selected vantage points.

Ron and Kathy Chaisson have lived in many homes throughout Orange County, including three homes on the Balboa Peninsula and one at Pelican Crest. But when the “kind of retired” couple, as they describe their current status, decided to finally build their ultimate dream house in the flower streets of Corona del Mar, they opted not to skimp on the amenities. “We wanted this house to have the features of a resort,” says Ron. “So we designed it to have a pool on the roof, five patios, a spa, a gym, water walls in the courtyard, fire-pits and steam showers.”
To bring that five-star level of luxury to their newly constructed home, the couple enlisted Orange County’s top talent, including our very own rock star design consultant Richard Bustos, who worked alongside interior designer Trish Steel and Patterson Custom Homes as well as Brandon Architects. Together the team created a 4,500 square-foot, five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom contemporary house where R&R get top billing in almost every room. Two stories tall and with lots of open spaces, it manages to feel spacious despite its narrow location. And from its third floor patio, it boasts panoramic ocean views.
“Overall we wanted this to be contemporary, but we also wanted it to feel warm,” says Ron. Key to creating that look was Richard, who selected the primary pieces from our extensive portfolio of top-quality furnishings. Richard also focused on clean lines and neutral colors to achieve the couple’s modern aesthetic, while allowing both the home’s gorgeous views and Kathy’s art to take center stage.
As for that mahogany-lined elevator? “It’s a requirement,” states Ron. “With three levels, and lots of entertaining, we need that elevator for keeping the bar stocked up at the cabana, and for our big barbecue parties.” He adds, “my wife wears high heels a lot of the time, so riding the elevator instead of taking the stairs makes life that much better for her.”

Overhead detail on this intricate Western Red Cedar installation combining traditional craftsmanship with high-performance materials suited to its wooded Connecticut River setting. CCA-treated tapersawn cedar from Waska Mills was selected for enhanced resistance to fungal growth—an important advantage in a shaded, moisture-prone environment near the brackish river. Beneath the cedar, Grace Select underlayment provides an added moisture barrier, topped with Cedar Breather matting to promote airflow and help the roof dry properly. Complex rooflines and transitions showcase the cedar’s natural character, while a Firestone .090 EPDM membrane provides durable protection across the expansive low-slope section, creating a carefully integrated hybrid roofing system.

Stan Sachley design circa "1980" The architect clearly understood the proper use of space and light, while still respecting earlier mid-century desert architecture. The floors were kept clean and polished, as not to compete with the existing split travertine which ran through glass walls. This effect, blurred the indoor/outdoor living spaces. Finishes selected, were chosen to highlight a more refined and modern environment.

The existing quirky floor plan of this 17 year old kitchen created 4 work areas and left no room for a proper laundry and utility room. We actually made this kitchen smaller to make it function better. We took the cramped u-shaped area that housed the stove and refrigerator and walled it off to create a new more generous laundry room with room for ironing & sewing. The now rectangular shaped kitchen was reoriented by installing new windows with higher sills we were able to line the exterior wall with cabinets and counter, giving the sink a nice view to the side yard. To create the Victorian look the owners desired in their 1920’s home, we used wall cabinets with inset doors and beaded panels, for economy the base cabinets are full overlay doors & drawers all in the same finish, Nordic White. The owner selected a gorgeous serene white river granite for the counters and we selected a taupe glass subway tile to pull the palette together. Another special feature of this kitchen is the custom pocket dog door. The owner’s had a salvaged door that we incorporated in a pocket in the peninsula to corale the dogs when the owner aren’t home. Gravel walkway installed around short stone columns beside a brick retaining walls. Steel planters containing decorative stones and foliage. All elements selected to match trim, shutters, and nearby doors in both color and form. Extended view shows additional xeriscaping in nearby flowerbeds and properly trimmed and maintained trees.

The newly renovated kitchen includes multiple finishes and textures, including subway tile, sueded perimeter countertops and white Alaskan island countertop. Modern appliances with proper clearances and ventilation also improve the functionality of the space.

Fantasy Brown is a dolomite stone more closely related to marble than granite, although it is harder than marbles like Carrara (but softer than granite, so it can scratch and chip) and if kept properly sealed it does not stain as easily as marble. It is often sold as quartzite but this is incorrect. It is extremely inconsistent in color so you must select your specific slabs for your project.
