Building a Dream Home For the past 30 years, John Bleeker has been designing notable homes and renowned buildings in the area, which have been published in numerous magazines. Mr. Bleeker, an award winning architect of Bleeker Architectural Group, chose Braen Supply as the provider for the materials for his own home. He felt that Braen Supply was the most trustworthy and reliable source for materials as he designed his dream home. Mr. Bleeker was looking for a particular coloration of materials that Braen Supply would be providing. In order to meet the needs of the customer, a custom blend of granites were created providing him with the exact coloration that he was looking for. The remaining materials were selected to correspond with the custom blend, creating a home that anyone would dream to live in. Bleeker Architectural Group has been designing notable homes and buildings in the area since 1999.

The property is 17,315 SQF with 9 beds, 10 bathrooms on 2 acres, she did an stunning and delicious job to redesign this mansion, she built the biggest closet in USA, more than 3,000 SQF. Teresa is the ultimate real housewife in Houston, a fitness expert, a successful business woman, she charmed me and I would like to thanks her again so much for those 2 days. After generations of expansion and use, this delightful house contained many eclectic additions, and rethinking the house’s proportions and floor plan was necessary to make it livable. To shape the interior design, Elizabeth Brosnan Hourihan keyed overall details to fine English antique furnishings. Although Elizabeth sought antiques of the highest quality, she kept to a twenty-first century vision. The house remains airy, uncluttered, and open to ocean views. Elizabeth, the clients say, “helped us create a special home that suits our needs perfectly, yet honors the home’s ancestry.” The house was published in New England Home Magazine and featured on the HGTV show New England Dream House. The Courtyard House, designed in 1964 by Sarasota School of Architecture's Jack West, is a Homes for Better Living Award winner, published in Architectural Record Houses of 1965. Known for it's simple materiality, open plan, and sweeping curving roof shape, the home had seen several renovations before the current owners came to us with a challenge: let us celebrate the spirit of the Courtyard House with a serene reflecting pool at the entry of the home. The design strategy was to introduce several wall planes, perforated and screened with wood-look aluminum battens, that gradually reveal the home and provide a neutral base for the strong, sweeping curved form of the existing roof. The introduction of the wall planes allowed for a subtle reorganization of the entry sequence, and a unique opportunity to experience the reflecting pool with a sense of privacy. A new pool and terrace with integrated fire feature look over the beautiful Dolphin Waterway, and provide for a relaxing evening for the family, or a backdrop for a large gathering.
