You enter this bright and light master bathroom through a custom pocket door that is inlayed with a mirror. The room features a beautiful free-standing tub. The shower is Carrera marble and has a seat, storage inset, a body jet and dual showerheads. The striking single vanity is a deep navy blue with beaded inset cabinets, chrome handles and provides tons of storage. Along with the blue vanity, the rose gold fixtures, including the shower grate, are eye catching and provide a subtle pop of color. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. This colorful Contemporary design / build project started as an Addition but included new cork flooring and painting throughout the home. The Kitchen also included the creation of a new pantry closet with wire shelving and the Family Room was converted into a beautiful Library with space for the whole family. The homeowner has a passion for picking paint colors and enjoyed selecting the colors for each room. The home is now a bright mix of modern trends such as the barn doors and chalkboard surfaces contrasted by classic LA touches such as the detail surrounding the Living Room fireplace. The Master Bedroom is now a Master Suite complete with high-ceilings making the room feel larger and airy. Perfect for warm Southern California weather! The existing roof on this home received extensive storm damage causing leaking & interior damage of the home. We replaced the roof with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Moire Black. After receiving the opportunity in March 2014 to design the 3,000 square foot model home for Museum Tower, a 42-story luxury residential high-rise in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, Cantoni's dynamic duo, Josh De La Fuente and Elizabeth Lewis received an amazing response from clients as well as residents of Museum Tower and have been helping new residents furnish and design their spacious and luxurious units at Museum Tower. Their most recent design project, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and outdoor terrace with sweeping city views defines luxury high rise living at its best. This full remodel project featured a complete redo of the existing kitchen. Designed and Planned by J. Graham of Bancroft Blue Design, the entire layout of the space was thoughtfully executed with unique blending of details, a one of a kind Coffer ceiling accent piece with integrated lighting, and a ton of features within the cabinets. Off the back of the house is a very private deck made of Azek. It has a redwood cedar open trellis over the hot tub. The stone walkway was constructed out of reclaimed Belgian block and was laid in circular pattern. This multi-room refresh is a masterclass in how targeted, strategic updates can completely transform the feeling of a home without requiring a full gut renovation. By keeping the existing raised-panel cabinetry and investing instead in new countertops, a showstopping backsplash, updated lighting, and bold paint choices, this project delivers maximum impact for the investment — and the results are stunning. The 5th floor residence was a full-gut renovation, starting with the elegant and sophisticated kitchen and gallery entryway with checkerboard marble stone flooring. The divine master bathroom sparkles with Waterworks fixtures and herringbone floors. A full-length vanity with regal marble countertop accented by a triptych-style mirror medicine cabinet to match. The kitchen received new appliances lacquered cabinets and a porcelain tile floor. The living room now showcases a custom-designed wine cellar refrigerator with cabinets and bar built around it. The skim-coat sheetrock walls and ceilings received a five-step premium quality finish, with custom-made crown moldings and baseboards running through the living room, dining room, gallery, foyer, master bedroom suite, and guest bedrooms.

Installed the CertainTeed Integrity roofing system. As a CertainTeed ShingleMaster installer using a Landmark shingle along with DiamondDeck synthetic underlayment, WinterGuard ice and water shield, SwiftStart, CertainTeed ridge vent, and ShadowRidge our customers receive a CertainTeed 4 star warranty. We were thrilled to be working again with these long-time clients in Villanova, PA, to create a two-room wine cellar. This entailed renovating an existing part of their basement and adding an additional room. The best part about this project? The second room is accessed through a secret door! We designed the mechanism that opens the secret door:the door is opened by pressing the cork of a certain wine bottle. This 8,000-bottle capacity wine cellar features all redwood custom-built shelving, and redwood, glass top display tables. The first room has a redwood paneled ceiling and porcelain tile floors. The second room's ceiling is made from reclaimed wine barrels and the beams are made from cherry wood. The floors are reclaimed brick laid in a two-over-two pattern. This home is Castle’s first Save a Castle. It was purchased in early 2013 and completed by end of Spring. When Castle first purchased this home, it was in terrible shape. The copper pipes had been stolen, there were major structural issues, the porch ceiling had collapsed, and the house had been trashed but there was potential. On the main floor a wall between the dining room and kitchen was removed to create a more open floor plan. The kitchen was completely transformed with new custom cabinetry and updated stainless steel appliances in place, as well as recycled glass countertops and butcher block countertops. On the second floor the bathroom was updated with new tile and glass block window and the bedrooms were made over to match the charm of the home. This home received new Kolbe windows and the hardwood floors were re-sanded and stained dark to compliment the white woodwork. The existing porch felt outdated and did not fit with the rest of the home so it was opened up to create a more inviting porch. Finally the yard also received a makeover with new sod, bushes, and mulch. While the house originally looked as though it hadn’t been taken care of in years this Castle is now ready for another 100 years. Photographer: Hannah Lloyd
