After receiving the opportunity in March 2014 to design the 3,000 square foot model home for Museum Tower, a 42-story luxury residential high-rise in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, Cantoni's dynamic duo, Josh De La Fuente and Elizabeth Lewis received an amazing response from clients as well as residents of Museum Tower and have been helping new residents furnish and design their spacious and luxurious units at Museum Tower. Their most recent design project, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and outdoor terrace with sweeping city views defines luxury high rise living at its best. The design goal was to create a clean and modern home that was also warm and inviting. By selecting a neutral color scheme featuring warm taupes with wood materials and pops of soft green and yellow tones contrasted with dramatic light fixtures and bold art accessories, Josh and Elizabeth achieved that modern and contemporary look that still exuded warmth. After scoring this amazing home, the clients were excited for their new lakefront location, but the home's style and materials were tired and dated. There was way too much mauve granite, and the 90's building codes were no longer satisfactory. Working as a team with Chuckanut Builders, Arbour North Architects and Smith and Vallee Woodworks, the home was gutted in order to prepare for a new interior layout, an addition to the second floor, and deep energy retrofits. Cork exterior insulation and new efficient windows were just two of the many upgrades this home received. Throughout the interior, flat panel walnut cabinets were installed on top of white oak floors. White quartz countertops and simple subway tile kept the home clean and contemporary. This European kitchen has several different areas and functions. Each area has its own specific details but are tied together with distinctive farmhouse feel, created by combining medium wood and white cabinetry, different styles of cabinetry, mixed metals, warm, earth toned tile floors, blue granite countertops and a subtle blue and white backsplash. The hand-hammered copper counter on the peninsula ties in with the hammered copper farmhouse sink. The blue azul granite countertops have a deep layer of texture and beautifully play off the blue and white Italian tile backsplash and accent wall. The high gloss black hood was custom-made and has chrome banding. The French Lacanche stove has soft gold controls. This kitchen also has radiant heat under its earth toned limestone floors. A special feature of this kitchen is the wood burning stove. Part of the original 1904 house, we repainted it and set it on a platform. We made the platform a cohesive part of the space defining wall by using a herringbone pattern trim, fluted porcelain tile and crown moulding with roping. The office area’s built in desk and cabinets provide a convenient work and storage space. Topping the room off is a coffered ceiling. In this classic English Tudor home located in Penn Valley, PA, we renovated the kitchen, mudroom, deck, patio, and the exterior walkways and driveway. The European kitchen features high end finishes and appliances, and heated floors for year-round comfort! The outdoor areas are spacious and inviting. The open trellis over the hot tub provides just the right amount of shelter. The owners of this intimate mountain guest living room looked to Mountain Multivision and Sound designers to provide a high end audio video system that would look clean and aesthetically pleasing. Our team worked with renowned architect Jon Gunson and Rockridge Builders to accomplish the owner’s wishes. The SHARP LED television is seamlessly framed into the wood above the mantle. In ceiling SONANCE 5.1 surround sound and a SUNFIRE subwoofer provides impeccable acoustics while working in tandem with the MARANTZ surround sound receiver. A MIDDLE ATLANTIC rack holds audio video components such as the IPOD dock and the DIRECT TV receiver. Whole home control filters through an ELAN HOME SYSTEMS IPAD.

This Wyncote, PA home renovation project was a comprehensive transformation that modernized every aspect of the property. The kitchen received a stylish update with a new backsplash and refreshed cabinetry, complementing the overall aesthetic seamlessly. Throughout the main floor, we installed elegant crown molding, repaired and installed ceiling drywall as needed, and applied a fresh coat of paint to enhance brightness. Stairs were meticulously finished with sanded treads and white-painted risers, elevating the interior's appeal. The master bath was revamped with a new vanity, updated drywall, and replacement of window trim, while the master bedroom gained functionality with added closet rods and shelving. We also converted a front bedroom and bath into a convenient laundry and storage area, complete with new electrical wiring and improved fixtures. Outside, the deck and exterior received revitalization through pressure washing, railing repairs, and a fresh coat of paint, ensuring enhanced curb appeal and durability.

This lake home remodeling project involved significant renovations to both the interior and exterior of the property. One of the major changes on the exterior was the removal of a glass roof and the installation of steel beams, which added structural support to the building and allowed for the creation of a new upper-level patio. The lower-level patio also received a complete overhaul, including the addition of a new pavilion, stamped concrete, and a putting green. The exterior of the home was also completely repainted and received extensive updates to the hardscaping and landscaping. Inside, the home was completely updated with a new kitchen, a remodeled upper-level sunroom, a new upper-level fireplace, a new lower-level wet bar, and updated bathrooms, paint, and lighting. These renovations all combined to turn the home into the homeowner's dream lake home, complete with all the features and amenities they desired. This 6-bedroom Baltimore row home's grand exterior overlooks a tree lined street in the historic Bolton Hill neighborhood. The original large pocket doors in the first floor allows for uninterrupted views from the front parlor through the sitting room and into the rear dining room bay window. Penza Bailey Architects provided a complete transformation of the walk out garden level. The entire level was renovated to include a new kitchen, family room, mudroom, playroom, full bathroom and a gracious new stair leading to the upper level. The painted brick and exposed structure expresses the original "bones" of the home, while clearly modern interventions stand in contrast to suit the homeowner’s lifestyle. An alcove on the 1st floor was also renovated to provide a serving pantry and bar. The exterior received restored front and vestibule doors, select window replacements, and new rear french doors, all receiving historical approval.

We took the clients existing golden oak cabinets and painted them white, kept their existing granite countertops but added a subway tile back splash. The walls were painted antique white and new light fixtures were added. The living room received fresh paint and carpet as well as new furniture and draperies. In the dining room we kept the golden oak trim and dining table but added a dramatic black paint color to the walls as well as new dining chairs and drapery panels for a fresh look. The bedrooms both received a refresh in this home and the office got a refresh with paint/stain on the cabinets as well as bird wallpaper.

When our client bought this house, it was stuck in limbo between the traditional interior and a 90's modern structure. The direction we took was a combination of calm beige color scheme with clean lines and smooth surfaces. The continuation of the same materials throughout the house finally bonded all the different spaces into a singular home. The two guest bathrooms were made with Cloe zellige style tiles and custom floating vanities made from white oak. The same oak was used also for the built-in TV wall as floating shelves and base cabinets with a large, tiled center piece for the recessed TV and the electric fireplace. The kitchen also received some of the white oak love in the form of the Island and the recessed cooking area. The biggest issue with the kitchen space was the lack of proportions between the width and its length vs. the extreme height of the vaulted ceiling. The solution I came up with was a secondary line of wall cabinets to be the same depth as the full height units to create a wrap around and make the space more proportionate. Continuing to the master bathroom, here we have a true walk-in master bath suite, no door needed with this size of space. All the walls received porcelain semi slab treatment. (72x36 porcelain tile) a lot of work went into selecting the correct tile pieces to give it the effect of a single slab installation but without the added cost. All fixtures are by Kohler with their fantastic modern gold finish. The result was a perfect flow of calm beige colors and warmth of natural wood throughout.

When a professional office space needs to make a lasting impression on clients and create an inspiring environment for staff, the design details matter just as much as they do at home. Restrooms Reimagined The two client-facing restrooms were the most dramatic transformations in the project. Rather than the builder-grade wallpaper and basic fixtures typically found in commercial spaces, both were treated as true design moments. The first features floor-to-ceiling wallpaper in a rich taupe with a delicate white botanical branch pattern, creating an immersive, jewel-box feel. A white shaker vanity with dark granite countertop grounds the space, while an arched frameless mirror and brushed gold wall sconce add glamour. A tall gold and glass etagere serves as both decorative storage and a sculptural element, styled with woven baskets, greenery, and stacked accessories. Framed landscape watercolor art adds a serene, organic note, and a freestanding brass toilet paper holder elevates a typically overlooked detail. The second restroom takes an entirely different but equally compelling direction — soft, dusty blue-grey grasscloth-style wallpaper printed with a tone-on-tone chevron leaf stripe wraps every wall, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere. A weathered wood console provides casual charm beneath a large-scale botanical tulip artwork in sage and cream. The wall-mount sink with exposed plumbing adds an intentional, editorial touch. An arched mirror with a sleek multi-bulb bar sconce in brushed nickel completes the look, while a pair of sculptural brass branch wall sculptures mounted directly to the wallpaper serve as unexpected, memorable art. Storage Made Beautiful The internal storage corridor received a full wall of custom floor-to-ceiling white shaker cabinetry with chrome pulls, flanked by open shelving sections for accessible display and storage. Clean, crisp, and highly organized — this space proves that even a purely functional corridor can be architectural and refined. The Break Room & Kitchenette The staff break room was updated with white shaker cabinetry, light speckled granite countertops, stainless appliances — including a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and over-counter microwave — and warm sage green walls that bring a restful, refreshing energy to the space. Dark hardwood luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the room, warming the look considerably. A round walnut dining table with upholstered chairs creates a proper gathering space for the team, and framed landscape oil art in an ornate gold frame adds a touch of collected character to the room. Reception & Corridor Details The reception and corridor spaces were treated with deep navy blue paint — bold, sophisticated, and unexpected in a commercial setting. A large abstract landscape painting in warm blues, blush, and gold hangs in a gilded frame against the navy wall, making an immediate statement. A brass and lucite table lamp sits on a floating brass-trimmed shelf alongside a sculptural art object, creating a vignette that communicates creativity and intentionality from the moment clients arrive. The result is a professional environment that communicates confidence, taste, and care — one that clients will remember long after their visit, and one that staff will genuinely enjoy working in every day.

We met the owners of this 6-story townhouse in Philadelphia when we renovated their neighbor's home. Originally, this townhouse contained a multi-level apartment and a separate studio apartment. The owners wanted to combine both units into one modern home with sleek, yet warm elements. We really enjoyed creating a beautiful triangular, glass paneled staircase; a living garden wall that stretches up through 4 stories of the house; and an eye-catching glass fireplace with a mantle made out of reclaimed wood. Graham of Bancroft Blue Design, the entire layout of the space was thoughtfully executed with unique blending of details, a one of a kind Coffer ceiling accent piece with integrated lighting, and a ton of features within the cabinets. The living room received the least amount of updates, but still received new windows, new flooring, paint, lighting, baseboards, and the removal of the existing chair rail.
