This door is from the 1800s! I wanted to create a southern cottage theme in this room. I brought the outdoors inside. The wall when it is all finished, will look like the front of a charming southern cottage!

Modern backyard retreat with minimalist elements. A concrete patio with square modular pavers leads up to a raised Ipe wood deck. The spa is raised with a concrete coping seat bench and an infinity edge glass spillway. The pool has a concrete coping and white plaster. The main concrete area is accented by charcoal beach pebble. The retaining wall is constructed of Angelus Glacier White precision block with a sandblasted finish. The tight geometry is balanced by vibrant succulents on the adjacent slope. The BBQ station is faced with smooth white plaster and a gray colored Dekton countertop. The property is surrounded by lush green bamboo and other greenery. Shout out to budgetplants.com for providing all the succulents, trees, and shrubs.

This finish was created for a designer who wanted the look of an alligator wall paper print w/out the seam lines of wall paper. We embossed the alligator stencil w/ different types of European textures & glazes

The addition of a kitchen with custom shaker-style cabinetry and a large shiplap island is perfect for entertaining and hosting events for family and friends. Quartz counters that mimic the look of marble were chosen for their durability and ease of maintenance. Open shelving with brass sconces above the sink create a focal point for the large open space.
Putting a modern spin on the traditional nautical/coastal theme was a goal. We took the quintessential palette of navy and white and added pops of green, stylish patterns, and unexpected artwork to create a fresh bright space. Grasscloth on the back of the built in bookshelves and console table along with rattan and the bentwood side table add warm texture. Finishes and furnishings were selected with a practicality to fit their lifestyle and the connection to the outdoors. A large sectional along with the custom cocktail table in the living room area provide ample room for game night or a quiet evening watching movies with the kids.

We used a lot of cool texture for this boy's bedroom! Stikwood on the walls, hand-fabricated iron bed with metal buckle, soft furry blanket and deep red corduroy.

Alison suffers from terrible migraines and wanted a room in her home that was dark enough to help her recover naturally. She found that our Ultimate Blackout Cellular Shades and Movable Arch Blackout Shades were the perfect fit for her unique shaped windows. These shades have vinyl channels that block all light coming in from the sides of the shades for a complete blackout.
