Charming stone bungalow in the smokey mountains. The original stone work was restored, new roof and passive solar added, reducing electricity costs by approximately 30%. We used ABC Landscaping to put in the new lawn and suggest landscaping. We built the custom planters to fit the rustic surroundings. The stone work on the edge of the lawn and the stairs are all new, deigned to match the home.

As part of the kitchen and condominium remodel, we updated this former bedroom by creating a wider opening with pocket doors from the living room and closing off the original hallway door. This allows use as a flexible space for our corporate housing client. The wood panel on the wall is actually a Murphy bed so it can be used as a bedroom as needed. Michael K. Wilkinson

This storage area features a bar sink and stainless accents to complement the adjacent kitchen. This home was a sweet 30's bungalow in the West Hollywood area. We flipped the kitchen and the dining room to allow access to the ample backyard. The design of the space was inspired by Manhattan's pre war apartments, refined and elegant. The back splash is a striped marble tile and the rounded open shelving softens the edge and is what you would find in a 30's style home.

Edmund Studios Photography. The lake side of the kitchen has windows on two sides to maximize the view. Four custom tilt-in windows allow the outdoor counter on the deck to be served from inside the kitchen. Concrete countertops, hickory floors, a center island, and farm sink are key elements in this kitchen.
