Woca Oil Diamond - Chicago - Night Work Restaurant Hardwood Floor - Recoating with Woca Cleaners - and Apply I coat WOCA DIAMOND OIL NATURAL - WOCA is where the future of hardwood finishes meets traditional and proven methods. WOCA is manufactured from natural, cold-pressed vegetable oils and is VOC-free. Unlike conventional finishing methods, WOCA penetrates the fibers of the wood, hardens and strengthens the wood from within while simultaneously creating a hard-wearing, dirt resistant wear layer on the surface. Unlike other common oils such as tung oil, WOCA is a hardening oil that increases the strength of the wood and reduces the required maintenance. For any additional questions you may have, please Call 847-956-2244 we would be more than happy to share our years of experience in the hardwood industry with you and provide guidance with your project.

This home had zero front landscape. The client requested low maintenance, succulents and rock elements. The area was not full sun, but had significant morning light and in fact had quite a bit of shade. This was a bit of a challenge to specify plants that could thrive in mixed light, but could handle direct sun for several hours a day. We incorporated some tough but lovely plants that require very little upkeep except to trim off spent/dying leaves to keep them looking clean. By using a rock edging and heavy mulching under the plants, we further reduced maintenance. We added landscape lighting to show off the garden at night and to provide subtle welcoming light to the entry.

Perched on a stunning point overlooking the Atlantic, this storey-and-a-half home has enough room to house a large family and several guests, while still feeling cozy for a couple. The building shape is defined and accentuated by the interaction between metal and wood siding. The simple barn shape is punctured at critical points to bring in light and heat, to protect doorways, and to provide outdoor space for beekeeping. A sunshade on the south-west corner which prevents overheating is hung from stainless-steel rods to maintain the integrity of the ocean views. A fully air-sealed modern wood stove serves all heating required, further reducing the environmental impact of this home while providing a comfortable hearth to gather the family on winter nights.
