The owners wanted to keep the long wall of windows but still needed a full working kitchen along with ample seating for relaxed entertaining. The new floor plan design made more effective use of the space, accommodating multiple needs into the kitchen. The new layout created an open galley kitchen with a 13 1/2′ Island and seating at each end, accommodated by a cool-grey custom banquette with 2 tables. A SubZero refrigerator and wine cooler along with dual Miele dishwashers and speed oven help complete the kitchen.

Inspiration for a mid-sized contemporary dark wood floor and brown floor living room remodel in Miami with brown walls, no fireplace and a wall-mounted tv

This classic plunge pool with spa is designed to take advantage of a small space and stylistically enhance a contemporary home.
The result is a fine example of clean lines and symmetrical visual appeal. The use of Merbau timber decking and narrow honed Himalayan sandstone surrounds create a fresh and welcoming space.
The pool features blue glass mosaic waterline and step tread tiles, beautiful navy blue pebbled lining and a small spill-over mouth with sandstone coping. The spa component is a reliable and straightforward set-up, with blower and spa jets delivering perfect relaxation at the touch of a button.
There is also a deep and shallow end to the pool, a sandstone skimmer box lid and integrated gas heating for both the swimming pool and spa.

Example of a mid-sized transitional l-shaped eat-in kitchen design in Los Angeles with a double-bowl sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island and gray countertops

The choice of a geometric blue tile is decidedly modern, but its subtle texture is reminiscent of danish pottery. Wood shelves and a custom vanity bring some warmth to the room and provide plenty of storage space in a compact ensuite.

Example of a mid-sized minimalist master gray tile ceramic tile laundry room design in San Diego with a vessel sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, beige walls and a hinged shower door

We were asked to help transform a cluttered, half-finished common area to an organized, multi-functional homework/play/lounge space for this family of six. They were so pleased with the desk setup for the kids, that we created a similar workspace for their office. In the midst of designing these living areas, they had a leak in their kitchen, so we jumped at the opportunity to give them a brand new one. This project was a true collaboration between owner and designer, as it was done completely remotely.

Inspiration for a farmhouse l-shaped dark wood floor and brown floor kitchen remodel in San Francisco with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, black appliances, two islands and white countertops

Situated in old Palo Alto, CA, this historic 1905 Craftsman style home now has a stunning landscape to match its custom hand-crafted interior. Our firm had a blank slate with the landscape, and carved out a number of spaces that this young and vibrant family could use for gathering, entertaining, dining, gardening and general relaxation. Mature screen planting, colorful perennials, citrus trees, ornamental grasses, and lots of depth and texture are found throughout the many planting beds. In effort to conserve water, the main open spaces were covered with a foot friendly, decorative gravel. Giving the family a great space for large gatherings, all while saving water.

Small bathroom remodel project we did in Medford, MA. Equipped with custom made shaker cabinets, quartz countertop vanity. This project was a full gut, new plumbing, walls and subfloor.

This large kitchen was desperately needing a refresh. It was far to traditional for the homeowners taste. Additionally, there was no direct path to the dining room as you needed to enter through a butlers pantry. I opened up two doorways into the kitchen from the dining room, which allowed natural light to flow in. The former butlers pantry was then sealed up and became part of the formerly to small pantry. The homeowners now have a 13' long walk through pantry, accessible from both the new bar area and the kitchen.

We transformed a mid-terrace Victorian bathroom into a luxurious retreat by completely redesigning the floor plan. The highlight is a stunning freestanding boat bath that serves as the centrepiece, complemented by a custom-made vanity for added storage. We mixed marble tiles in brick and herringbone formats for extra interest. This design blends traditional charm with contemporary features.
