Aydemir CGI Studio is proud to visually realise this traditional cottage designed by JFD Architecture. This CGI work beautifully combines the timeless charm of English cottages with modern touches. The zinc roofing provides a contemporary and durable addition to the cottage's characteristic tiled details, while the rustic stone walls and window features reflect the warmth of rural living.
The outdoor scene, adorned with falling autumn leaves, highlights the cottage's harmony with its natural surroundings. The colour tones and textures of the trees contribute to the integration of the house with its environment. Details such as the black classic car and modern SUV symbolise the blend of traditional and contemporary elements. This structure serves as an extension, with the existing left side being preserved while the right side was thoughtfully designed.
At Aydemir CGI Studio, we employ high-quality rendering techniques and meticulous attention to detail to best represent the realism of the zinc roof and other unique architectural features. This visualisation showcases our expertise in capturing the essence of projects and elevating architectural presentations to new heights.

This very large corner site was shrouded in tired and thirsty conventional lawn. Really a bland, uninteresting monoculture—impossible to maintain especially in light of our dwindling resources and our growing understanding about sustainable practices.
We chose to approach this project not with the idea that existing lawn is bad, but with respect for what lawn has historically represented: a socially connective tissue.
Instead of conventional grass requiring endlessly large amounts of water, chemicals and mowing, this lawn conversion shifts to a naturalistic native meadow mix splashed with wildflowers and drought tolerant native shrubs. It was the clients’ desire to be wrapped by a garden attracting native pollinators and beneficial insects. A wildlife photographer, they wanted the opportunity to open windows and doors and feel immediately connected to a coastal native environment.
The handsome new stone walls, stairs and massive boulders became the structural framework containing the loose, coastal sage scrub plant community, holding the landscape together during the dormant months.
As we continue to grow our acceptance of and appreciation for climate appropriate California gardens, and embrace the paradigm shift, let us graciously bid adieu to our home’s unsustainable velvet robe.

The new display apartment for the luxurious apartment development SOKO, represents to future residents, the sophisticated and new-age expertise that developers Spyre Group are renowned for.

To keep prospective residence and developers happy, the fully furbished Cultura Espresso Bar, was contrived, in order to inspire everyone around the premise with their pursuit of future goals.

Ligne Roset Prado Sofa

Typically the design process surrounding a new sofa is heavily focused on aesthetic research. Prado represents a departure from this school of thought completely. Prado has first and foremost been designed based on the study of lifestyles and human nature. We find the same inspirations in Prado that brought us Smala in the earlier part of this century.

Inspired by another mid-century modern home the client owned, this new residence represents a much larger 21st-century version built into the gently sloping hillside to take advantage of the sprawling hilltop views of the Sonoma valley. The quiet front facade leads guests into a formal entry that divides the house into private and public spaces. Rounding the corner into the great room, one is immediately hit by the breathtaking view that extends outward beyond the infinity pool and deck through a continuous wall of glass. In the opposite direction, each of the three bedrooms was designed with its own seating area and bathroom, creating private suites for family members and guests alike.
The linear design and open, flowing living spaces provide almost every room with outdoor access to the expansive patio, protected from the Sonoma heat by deep overhangs. Warm woods, clean lines, and a rhythmic post and beam ceiling design create a homey feeling of rest and relaxation, evoking the essence of modern California living.

Inspired farmhouse kitchen crosses all the T's . The home remodel with recessed-panel white cabinets and a custom blue island accented are the focal point of this kitchen. Center stage are woven pendants that add warmth and interest to the kitchen space. An absolutely livable kitchen for the upscale beach life with doors that open up to bring that indoor outdoor feeling to life! This home is very representative of the fun and casual lifestyle the owners love!
We reconfigured the kitchen and family room by adding a small addition in the family room and stacking doors. In the kitchen we moved the cooktop off of the island and refrigerator to another wall which expand the cooking countertop.

From the thoughtful site planning to the impeccable modern architectural details, the Casteel project perfectly represents our passion for turning our clients' dream homes into a reality.

Set on 88th Street in Manhattan's Upper East Side, this four-bedroom residence was created by merging two separate condominium units into a single, cohesive luxury home. The result is a sprawling, artful space defined by confidence, color, and a deeply personal design vocabulary.
The project represents a full-service interior design engagement: spatial planning, material selection, furniture sourcing, artwork curation, and complete project coordination. Nearly every element was specified and placed by Mazen Designs, with furnishings sourced largely through Roche Bobois.
The home unfolds from a striking cross-shaped hallway anchored by a custom T-shaped rug that guides movement through the space. To one side, the primary bedroom suite. To the other, a flexible home office that doubles as a guest suite, and a tranquil secondary bedroom. Straight ahead, a streamlined kitchen opens to a formal dining area and beyond that, a dedicated media and Mah Jong room designed for relaxed gathering.
The palette balances jewel tones with crisp whites and greys. Bold in intention but disciplined in execution. A Maya Romanoff wall covering and curated artwork complete the layering of texture, light, and silhouette throughout. The clients arrived hesitant toward color. Through open dialogue and a shared trust in design as storytelling, they left with a home that reflects genuine courage and clarity.

The Princeton Sustainable Home Expo was a great experience. We learned about other local businesses and had conversations with Master Gardeners and a Watershed Institute representative. It was also rewarding to help homeowners with their landscape design, planting, and stormwater managment questions. We look forward to attending next year’s event!

We entered into our Primrose project knowing that we would be working closely with the homeowners to rethink their family’s home in a way unique to them. They definitely knew that they wanted to open up the space as much as possible.
This renovation design begun in the entrance by eliminating most of the hallway wall, and replacing the stair baluster with glass to further open up the space. Not much was changed in ways of layout. The kitchen now opens up to the outdoor cooking area with bifold doors which makes for great flow when entertaining. The outdoor area has a beautiful smoker, along with the bbq and fridge. This will make for some fun summer evenings for this family while they enjoy their new pool.
For the actual kitchen, our clients chose to go with Dekton for the countertops. What is Dekton? Dekton employs a high tech process which represents an accelerated version of the metamorphic change that natural stone undergoes when subjected to high temperatures and pressure over thousands of years. It is a crazy cool material to use. It is resistant to heat, fire, abrasions, scratches, stains and freezing. Because of these features, it really is the ideal material for kitchens.
Above the garage, the homeowners wanted to add a more relaxed family room. This room was a basic addition, above the garage, so it didn’t change the square footage of the home, but definitely added a good amount of space.
For the exterior of the home, they refreshed the paint and trimmings with new paint, and completely new landscaping for both the front and back. We added a pool to the spacious backyard, that is flanked with one side natural grass and the other, turf. As you can see, this backyard has many areas for enjoying and entertaining.

Waterfall Wall represents a natural sensation of waterfalls. An elegant and modern piece made of gold plated brass and handmade crystal glass tubes.
