The client desired to have her bathroom give the impression of an outdoor spa. To achieve this, we utilized tiles that resembled wood in the shower stall and extended them to the floor. It's worth mentioning that this particular client has a fondness for plants and the great outdoors, hence we incorporated green elements throughout the bathroom design.

This unique home is located on a ridge with fantastic views to the rugged Gore Range from one side and down a dramatic ravine on the other. While the home resembles a European castle, it is interpreted in a modern way and utilizes the latest in building technology. The stone on the front facade is Colorado sourced granite. The main level features a very private master suite and study.

Like most homes built in the 1980’s this combined entry, living room, eating area, and kitchen were completely compartmentalized with walls. They loved the idea of opening up the spaces to accommodate more of a great room feeling. Advance Design accomplished this by opening up the corner of the kitchen to not only make the space flow, but to let light into the dark eating nook and living room. Working on a budget, opening up the space and installing new hardwood flooring was a priority, so a more expansive kitchen had to be economical. Wanting a clean, contemporary feel; tall espresso shaker cabinets replaced old soffits, and River White granite made an impressive and clean lined contrast. The pool was made so the coloring resembles lake water. The far end of the pool is only a few inches deep, a "baja shelf". This is the perfect area for wading or relaxing in chairs. The angle of the water feature and pool make them look connected, offering a scenic masterpiece.
