For the re-design, we wanted to keep the staging resembling the original install with a slight refreshed look. Throughout the home, we brought in deep navy blues, neutral ivory and creams, and matte blacks in the accessories and art to compliment the contemporary upgrades. Altogether, this stunning contemporary home reflects a luxurious and welcoming feel for potential buyers, from large families to empty nesters, to envision entertaining family and friend gatherings for years to come.

I handmade these ceramic tiles to resemble the clients travertine floor but with the vitreous nature of stoneware it doesn't need to by annually resealed to avoid staining. The AN Desk is made from a beautiful plank of Pomelle Sapele with quartered Sapele base. The chair is Sapele with leather. These are the third set of pieces I have done for this client - and they go beautifully with his Sapele wall cabinet which was commissioned to resemble pieces that he had in his Soviet apartment he grew up in. The desk is minimal but with little details that I hope shine through.

Total Home Interiors turned this boring, unused balcony into an outdoor oasis for our clients. We had the concrete stained to resemble wood decking, we laid artificial turf in the play area for their 2yr old son. We also added sun sails for shade as well as some low-maintenance artificial plants and outdoor canvas prints to add some life & color.

Inviting layers of texture help to define this space as the “Lounge”. Grasscloth and linen bring a natural element, while a plush area rug, layered with a cowhide add softness. The dropped ceiling was texturized with a venetian plaster, which resembled shiny concrete.

This room was recreated with cremes, greys, dark woods and neutral colors. The 12' sofa is a custom A. Rudi sofa as well as the "X" based stools with nailhead trim. The wingback chairs were custom designed in a smaller scale and the Tete A Tete daybed was also custom designed. There are two large lamps on the custom console table by Gregorius Pineo as well as two new Gregorius Pineo Iron and glass pendants. The rug is an antique Persian rug with soft pastel colors of cremes, greys and blues. The Original fireplace facing and raised hearth were a dark concrete grey, so a false stone finish was hand painted over the entire surface to resemble limestone. Also, the entire ceiling and gable ends of this room have been hand painted by two Russian artists who created a false texture finish resembling a grass cloth wallpaper.One detail next to the left of the French doors is a roll up chid's gate, which is sometimes used to keep the client's two Golden Labradors contained in the media room when the doors are opened.

A wildly original mirror frame comprised of 1950's ceramic fish and mermaids, shells, and beach glass animates the bath. The suspended vanity with sleek Italian sink keeps the feeling light and open. Hand blown glass shades on the pendant lights resemble jelly fish. A niche is backed in glass mosaic tile and framed in the same hand made ceramic tile as the countertop.

This outdated kitchen was opened up and updated with fresh, white cabinets and gold and black accents. Black stainless steel appliances were chosen to add a modern touch. Quartz counters resembling Carrera marble were used to add a more classic element alongside the hand crafted subway tile and charcoal grout.

This unique home is located on a ridge with fantastic views to the rugged Gore Range from one side and down a dramatic ravine on the other. While the home resembles a European castle, it is interpreted in a modern way and utilizes the latest in building technology. The stone on the front facade is Colorado sourced granite. The main level features a very private master suite and study.
