Catching the sun's rays by day, our sweet Solar Tea Lantern lights up by night to cast a warm romantic glow from within. Clean and quaint, each hand-blown glass lantern is embedded with a combination of luminescence and white glass. Unlike other solar lights, this lantern utilizes a "warm white" LED, for a natural, inviting glow. For instant ambiance, add a little romance to every evening enjoyed outdoors! The solar tea lantern has many uses: Nestle in the garden; sit flat on a tabletop, deck, patio or stairway; suspend with a hook; or carry by hand to light the way by night.

A bathroom we designed to have an authentic farmhouse feeling with a little romance. It is very narrow, so we opened it up visually with a large mirror and lots of white paint. I designed the custom vanity, which was made locally by one of my highly skilled trades. This bathroom is over a garage, which makes the floors very cold in the winter. A runner rug keeps my bare feet warm and adds a bit of style. Project designed by Star Valley, Wyoming interior design firm Tawna Allred Interiors. This is an example of a mid-sized traditional drought-tolerant and partial sun backyard landscaping in Phoenix for spring.

Trey ceiling painted the same Network Grey color of the walls is accented by the white painted crown and millwork. The Lights of Distinction chandelair and painted wood fireplace mantel adds the romance to this Master Bedroom. Full patio door allows walk out onto outdoor deck and the sun to shine in. This delightfully private patio sits under expansive tree canopy in the front garden. Wrapped in dense, native foliage it is full of fragrance and wildlife. Natural stone with decomposed granite joints allows water to sink into the soil to feed the surrounding foliage. The homeowners enjoy taking their coffee and lunch under the vintage chandelier.

My clients came to me needing a serious update to their Master Bedroom that was beige, dark, and outdated. With 3 young children, I wanted to give them a space that felt like a retreat; calming, relaxing, and serene. By keeping a monochromatic color palette in taupes and whites, with a hint of wisteria, I was able to incorporate their traditional cherry bedroom set into a fresh and updated space, giving it "new life"! Subtle silver accents in the drawer pulls, drapery hardware, sunburst mirror, and nailhead trim on the upholstery adds a little sparkle and romance to the room.
