This is a lovely, 2 story home in Littleton, Colorado. It backs up to the High Line Canal and has truly stunning mountain views. When our clients purchased the home it was stuck in a 1980's time warp and didn't quite function for the family of 5. They hired us to to assist with a complete remodel. We took out walls, moved windows, added built-ins and cabinetry and worked with the clients more rustic, transitional taste. Check back for photos of the clients kitchen renovation! This living room design in Newtown, PA combines beautiful natural materials with a sleek industrial style to create an elegant, unique living space. by enclosing a covered porch, an elegant mudroom was created that connects the garage to the existing laundry area. The existing home was a log kit home. The logs were sandblasted and stained to look more current. The log wall used to be the outside wall of the home. This transitional kitchen design in Holt proves why dramatic color schemes are becoming a more popular choice for kitchen remodels. The elegant, custom green raised panel cabinetry from Decora is beautifully offset by Top Knobs honey bronze finish hardware. The space has a slight rustic edge with the hardwood flooring, dark Cambria quartz countertop, and marble backsplash combining perfectly to add contrast and texture to the design. Black finish GE appliances add another color contrast, along with the Elkay E-granite black double bowl sink and Kohler faucet. The design includes a built-in buffet area, and upper glass front cabinets with in cabinet lighting, plus undercabinet lights throughout.

This kitchen project started when the homeowners came into Bilotta’s Mount Kisco showroom on a snowy day with nothing but a Bentwood chair made out of driftwood. They said all they wanted was for their kitchen to match it. So they got started with Bilotta’s Danielle Florie to put it all together. The couple lives in a large, sophisticated stone and wood home in the middle of the woods in Pound Ridge, dramatically situated on a hilltop overlooking a private pond. More modern than their neighbors’ homes, their house features walls of windows, steel beams and ceilings, with a large curved glass, two-story atrium entry. To complement the house, they wanted their kitchen to be rustic but still elegant and as open as the rest of the house. Danielle helped them select a frameless, shaker-style cabinet in rift cut white oak with a “Driftwood” stain and a charcoal glaze. They went with an L-shape design so as not to hinder the view to the spacious outdoors. The backsplash resembles driftwood but is actually a porcelain tile. And to remain clean and modern they went with a Caesarstone countertop with a square edge similar in color to the rest of the space. They opted for the more contemporary stainless steel appliances and apron front sink.
