The SWEDIA Otto is an innovative stainless steel mixer that includes two outlets - one mixer controls standard mains hot and cold water, and the other controls filtered drinking water. The innovative dual outlet nozzle either outputs a fine stream of filtered water from the centre, or temperature controlled mains water through the aerator. This fantastic design means you do not need a separate faucet tap for your filtered drinking water saving you valuable bench space and preserving a minimalist design. The classic goose-neck styling provides practical simplicity to your kitchen. The refined pencil handles and cushioned feel of the internal ceramic cartridge mixers make it easy to perfectly adjust the water temperature and flow.

Nothing is more valuable in an active kitchen than ample counter space. Besides removing walls, we had structural columns we could not move, and gas meters as well as heating risers that are now disguised by design. Functionally brilliant!

A dedicated air-drying solution is an essential feature in a well-designed luxury laundry room, providing the ideal care for delicate garments, fine knits, lingerie, activewear, and other specialty fabrics. This discreet fold-down wall-mounted drying rack offers generous hanging space when needed and folds neatly away when not in use, preserving the room's clean, uncluttered aesthetic.
By utilizing vertical wall space, this space-saving feature maximizes functionality without sacrificing valuable floor area. Thoughtfully integrated into the overall design, it exemplifies how bespoke storage solutions and intelligent space planning elevate everyday tasks, transforming a practical laundry room into a highly efficient, beautifully organized, and luxurious utility space.

Eat-in kitchen - contemporary galley eat-in kitchen idea in San Francisco with flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets, beige backsplash, mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an island and white countertops

Before the renovation, the doors to this bathroom opened inward and took up valuable space. R Lucas Construction and Design made the area look and feel larger by using sliding “barn doors" for both the bathroom's and closet's points of entry - adding a unique design element to the space.

A sliding storage element and a series of sliding panels create distinct spaces within a compact 390 sf Manhattan apartment. Sliding elements are motorized and can operated manually.

The sleek single-lever waterfall faucet was selected for its sculptural design and space-saving functionality, making it an ideal choice for this luxury powder room. Its compact profile maximizes valuable countertop space while delivering effortless, one-handed operation for everyday convenience. The graceful waterfall flow adds a spa-inspired touch, transforming a simple daily ritual into a refined experience.
Blending contemporary style with practical performance, the faucet serves as both a functional fixture and a striking design element. Its clean lines and elegant water flow consistently capture guests' attention, making it one of the powder room's most admired features and reinforcing the sophisticated, high-end aesthetic of the space.

We designed a lockable drawer inside this vanity to store valuables. The drawers are full-extension with dovetail joints. Our cabinetry is constructed of all wood with no particle board and this painted finish is ultra durable.

We had some new homeowners approach our team who wanted to make a big change to their home’s upstairs layout. With the help of Project Manager, Tony Cicchino, and Project Designer, Justina Auer, a new bathroom took the place of a hallway closet and unused dressing room. This challenging space with a sloped ceiling and narrow layout was no match for our team. The main fixtures were strategically placed along the same wall, leaving a more clean and open space for storage and décor. The pedestal sink allowed for some extra room and storage was added to the adjacent wall. A pocket door and prefabricated glass shower door also saved on intruding into valuable space in the new bathroom. Decorative encaustic tiles in the shower really pulled the room together for a focal point rather than a small accent strip. All in all, this bathroom never stood a chance against the Bennett Team.
