Basement Bath Bryn Mawr PA. Want a basement bath from scratch? Sure, no problem its nothing a little jackhammering concrete and digging trenches for plumbing can’t solve. We changed a doorway to an unfinished storage area to a spacious full bath and hall with access to the remaining storage area. Now family and guests have a more convenient bath when hanging out in the finished basement. The clients also wanted a full shower for the kids after sports, guests staying over, or after a workout in the adjoining fitness room. Some interesting ceiling work was needed to go around the homes existing mechanicals while still maintaining a comfortable ceiling height. Durable and stylish vinyl floating floors are a great choice for the flooring. The Dreamline shower system looks clean and bright. The new bath and hall blend seamlessly with the already finished basement and seem original to the space.

This remodel project started to solve the problem of a kitchen that was too small for the homeowner to have her weekly family dinners in. The kitchen designer Jennifer worked with the owner to balance her vision, her needs, and her budget. Together they made her dream come true. Featuring white shaker doors with bead detail, Tangier Granite, stacking molding, and a Wood Cove Hood, this kitchen has everything it needs to create memories.
The cabinets are Sterling White Shaker Boardwalk Maple, Tangier Granite Countertops, and hand cut Italian white subway tiles with pops of grey.
The hardware and lighting is matte black to contrast with the white and grey tones throughout.
Every detail of this kitchen remodel was thoroughly thought through. From the high stacking crown molding to the interior of the cabinets using rev-a-shelf accessories.

The door and windows of this family room could not be manufactured in the same wood at the wood paneling. However, wood graining them to exactly match the wood paneling solved the problem and no one is the wiser.

And then there was storage. A friendly trip to IKEA solved the problem. Of course I had to embellish the storage cabinet with lighting and strong sleek handles. We went from a tossed space to a sleek stay-cation.

ProGreen artificial grass is the perfect non-slip, comfortable pool surround. The bright green beautifully contrasts the sparkling pool, and it solves the "grass blades in the pool" problem.

This amazing renovation focused on solving a series of problems that a previous kitchen expansion had created. By rearranging the appliance placement, updating the cabinetry, designing all new storage solutions and maximizing the amazing outdoor views; we cured the spit personality disorder plaguing the existing kitchen. The home now has a beautifully redesigned kitchen and living space perfect for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the outside views. Vaulted ceilings with bright skylights, reflective glass wall tiles, sleek sophisticated Cambria quartz counter tops, fingerprint-free faucet, multi-functional Prolific kitchen sink by Kohler, stainless steel appliances, creative storage solutions, all new lighting and timeless shaker cabinets by Wellborn lend to the now bright, open, vivacious and flawless function of this newly renovated galley style kitchen. White base cabinets along the outside walls contrast perfectly with the dark grey island cabinets. Linear satin nickel door and drawer pulls coordinate with the stainless steel appliances and sink. An eclectic blend of vintage and modern furnishings, artwork and rugs create a comfortable balance that feels and looks timeless. Breathtaking backyard views are artfully framed by new Pella windows and doors with integral blinds between the glass. Calm, inviting neutral tones provide the perfect backdrop for this refined design.

This project began with a beautiful Koi pond under a large patio cover, but the homeowner struggled with two major issues:
• Lack of privacy between the driveway and patio
• A breezeway roofline that didn’t align with the exterior brick, causing rainwater to pour into the gap and flood the patio during storms
As part of our exterior remodeling and water‑management correction, we redesigned the entire connection between the breezeway, patio, and driveway.
? Phase 1: Structural Fixes & Weather Protection
• Converted the original 4' brick wall and gate into a full‑height privacy wall with an exterior door, creating a secure, enclosed patio space.
• Extended and realigned the breezeway roofline to properly tie into the home’s brick, eliminating water intrusion and preventing patio flooding.
• Installed a solar tube to bring natural daylight into the pond area without adding heat — a perfect upgrade for shaded patios.
? Phase 2: Creating a Backyard Oasis
After seeing the transformation, the homeowner invited us back to complete the space with a custom screen wall across the backside of the patio. This addition created a private, breezy, bug‑free outdoor retreat, ideal for relaxing around the Koi pond.

This project is a great example of how we solve privacy issues, roofline and drainage problems, and patio enclosure upgrades to help homeowners get more out of their outdoor spaces.

One feature palm was salvaged when this seven year old Mediterranean style residence on the Caloosahatchee River underwent a complete landscape and hardscape remodel in the beginning of 2015. The landscape had not been properly maintained for a few years prior to when the new owners purchased in 2014, was overgrown and unhealthy and therefore was in need of a complete evaluation and landscape overhall.
The original red brick concrete pavers were removed and replaced with a gold travertine blend with ivory travertine border for accent. The front entry stair was expanded and redesigned for a more significant and welcoming front door. The side yard had a significant slope from the foundation of the house to the seawall and had significant erosion damage. This space was re-graded, grading and drainage was repaired and re-routed and a 70 foot long retaining wall was installed. The retaining wall not only solved the stormwater washout problem, but also provided a level space for a private side yard tropical palm garden and pathway to access both the pool deck and the walk along the seawall. The stairs to the pool deck, dock and landing were all completely modified for ease of use.
Aside from the tropical and beautiful landscape that was installed, the most significant visual and aesthetic improvement to this property was the addition of three 9 foot tall by 5 foot wide natural stone water walls with stone basins that were designed to fit within the archways at the driveway entry and designed to complement the architecture of the residence. These water walls offer ambient noise, visual interest and have completely improved the use and entry experience for the homeowner and visitors. Tropical shade bromeliads, alocasias, cordylines and ferns dress up the new landscape beds at the entry and along the front foundation where previously red brick intersected the foundation walls for a mundane solution.
Other elements of interest include the cable wire espalier that was installed in front of the archway on both sides of the entry way for colorful bougainvillea trellis vine to climb and soften the tall walls and eventually connect over the arch. Confederate jasmine vine will soften the garage corner on the cable wire trellis installed and there is also a 4 foot wide by 18 foot tall cable wire espalier on a tall, once stark, wall on the pool deck. Three pool planters were reconfigured and planted with large triple princess palms and bold blue-tone pottery was selected to add interest and color to the pool deck. Micro-drip irrigation was connected to the pool planters and pottery for a low maintenance solution.
This project was a collaborative effort with an ideal client who was open to all design ideas, who worked closely with the design team, and was a great success for both the client and R.S. Walsh Landscaping.

Having a restaurant on the shores of the St. Joe River ensures sunny summer days and unforgettable sunsets. Outdoor dining has been critical to a restaurant’s success over the last few years. Having that success depends on the weather in Michigan meant that the Inn at Harbor Shores needed to find a solution that meant continued use of their outdoor space when the weather wasn’t cooperating. Finding an aesthetically pleasing solution didn’t hinder the views and that fit the upscale feel of the Inn became a priority. Stoett’s PanoraKinetic glass wind barrier solved that problem.

At TrueMark, we specialize in the 'final 10%' that makes a home both beautiful and efficient. This client had new windows installed, but the original trim was reused, leaving raw openings exposed and creating significant gaps that allowed cool air to leak into the home.
We provided a complete solution by custom-fabricating new wood trim to perfectly bridge the gaps. Each piece was hand-stained in-house by TrueMark to match the home's aesthetic before being precision-installed for a seamless, draft-free finish. This project highlights our shift toward high-end, custom trim and window solutions that solve both aesthetic and functional problems.

Our recent customer reached out to us for an exterior refresh and siding replacement at her twin home in Burlington, NJ. A challenge with a twin home is staying complementary with the neighboring house. NexGen Exterior Home Remodeling solved that problem by installing CertainTeed Mainstreet Vinyl siding in Natural Clay to flow nicely with the green siding of the attached home.
The existing windows were removed and replaced with the Harvey Slimline Series of windows. In order to complete the remodel, NexGen replaced the fascia, soffit, and gutters. Our homeowners are thrilled to show off their updated home.

Interior Design by others.
Our Sackston Prarie Cabana solved the problem of client privacy with its native stone screen walls and stucco accents while providing all of the luxuries of poolside outdoor living. Three 11-feet wide accordion style doors open the cabana entirely to the outdoors to circulate westerly summer winds. Deep overhangs provide shade for summer sun while allowing the sun to permeate the space to utilize the saloon and hot tub during the winter months. Terraced poolside planters with native vegetation complement the design. Although this cabana was constructed after completion of the main residence the material choices seamlessly blend this addition to create one unified outdoor space.

This couple's long-term water leak left their downstairs guest bathroom in disarray. It had gotten so bad that the toilet would actually rock due to the sub-floor deterioration. After the remodel, this small but mighty bathroom leaves a memorable impression on its guests, primarily because of its efficient footprint and bold use of color.
This project became necessary after a long- term water leak left the floor tile broken and the subfloor deteriorating.
Once underway, we set out to determine what other problems we could help solve in this guest bathroom. We explored several different floorplans for this space, but we ultimately decided that the general location of the fixtures worked well for these homeowners.
One of the primary concerns was to determine how we could include as much vanity storage as possible. Their old vanity included a shallow section next to the toilet, but it only had two shallow top drawers, making the bulk of the storage awkward and hard to access.
Although they liked the size of their old shower stall, the plastic insert was corroding. They also didn't have anywhere to place their shower products, and there was no place to hang a towel. We opted for a tiled shower and included a shampoo niche for their bath products. We also included a horizontal shower door handle, which doubles as a towel bar.

typical sprinkler system has well over 100 parts. These parts need to operate under hostile conditions and deliver thousands of gallons of water to keep your landscape alive. (All systems require maintenance and repair and putting off these issues only makes it worse.) ProGrass employees are trained and licensed to trouble-shoot, solve problems and make proper repairs and adjustments.

This patio and river rock stream helped solve drainage problem. The stream begins with a circular fountain spilling into the stream. The patio is stained concrete with an Oklahoma flagstone border. A bi-level cedar arbor ads shade and a sense of scale to the patio.
