Luxury wet room this is a dream for many clients. We were asked to be the design team for this remodel. I am so excited for the client and how this bathroom turned out, it’s flooded with natural light and has the most amazing blue accent tile behind the freestanding tub.

shaker and flat panel combination single sink vanity and linen cabinet. 24x48 wall tile with same tile in a 2x2 for the shower floor. Custom decorative glass tile inserts by UDC.

Guest bathroom, complete with new vanity, counters, tile and plumbing fixtures. Vanity is built in with flat panel doors and drawers, painted in Sherwin Williams "High Reflective White." Cabinet pulls are from Amerock in polished nickel. Vanity counter is from Pental Sparkling White engineered quartz. Backsplash, as well as the 6" band in shower, is United Mini Jasba Loop Diamond Gray Gloss mosaic tile. Undermount sink is from Decolav with a Grohe faucet in chrome. Toilet is a Persuade Curve from Kohler. We cleaned the existing tub insert and replaced the tile surround with United Tile, 4x16" Bellavita in gloss white in a horizontal stacked pattern with a 6" mosaic band 6" above the window and 17" above the tub bottom. Shower valve and shower and tub facuets are from the Moen Prem collection in chrome. Walls are painted in Sherwin Williams "Snowbound."

Floors feature Hampton Carrera marble placed in a diagonal fashion. Walls are flanked in the same sumptuous product in a brick pattern to juxtapose the composition. The original shower was enlarged and showcases a picture framed insert of a smaller scale arabesque mosaic. No detail was left untouched; elegant skirting-board on the floor and crown molding add to the elevated ambience. Custom fixtures in a two-toned finish of polished nickel and brass herald the triumph. No ordinary sink would suffice; precious-metal-jeweler custom drop-in sinks in polished stainless were sourced. Medicine cabinets were fitted with a decorative gold frame for an added extravagance while crystal sconces light the way. Rare, Verde Empress green marble tops the vanity and tub surround to complete the highly refined, yet welcoming space.

Shower space seems open with glass enclosure and wrap around tile. New, accessible custom vanity, solid wood - in maple. Includes custom mirror with art inserted at the top. Additional outlets are from "docking drawers" in the vanity towers. (see additional photos)

This guest bathroom remodel embodies a bold and modern vision. The floor dazzles with sleek black hexagon tiles, perfectly complementing the matching shower soap niche.
