Lux on the Lake, where the kitchen flows effortlessly into everyday life. The quartzite waterfall island anchors the space with seating for four, while sculptural brass pendants draw the eye upward. Beyond, a sunlit breakfast nook framed by black steel windows invites slow mornings and lingering conversations. White oak, natural stone, and soft leather seating come together in a space designed not just for cooking, but for connection.

A lakeside lifestyle was the inspiration for this home in The Villages, Florida. We chose a color palette of blues and greens, accentuated by grey and white. The relaxed mix of transitional furniture and tropical accessories beckons you to slow down and enjoy the balmy breezes.

A stone-top pedestal table on a brass base is surrounded by soft leather dining chairs, while an iron linear chandelier adds quiet drama overhead. Simple, warm, and welcoming — proof that the most-loved rooms are often the ones designed for everyday gathering.

The long slow curve on the walk shows craftsmanship with the bluestone. The dining area with a lattice panel screening those pesky neighbors comes into clear view at this point.

there was an issue at the property with water running off the driveway and washing away the mulch. We added a border of river rock to slow the water down to avoid the mulch from washing away.
