No master suite has more personality than this luxurious bedroom. Take a break from the ordinary with this lustrous, oversized tufted velvet headboard with slightly curved sides, custom bedding and oval-shaped nightstands. Soft neutrals throughout blend seamlessly with the intensity of fuchsia and pink hues. We added whimsical touches like a faux bois writing desk and a chandelier reminiscent of bubbling champagne, all centered around a plush shag rug that is the base of this marvelous feminine haven.

This brownstone, located in Harlem, consists of five stories which had been duplexed to create a two story rental unit and a 3 story home for the owners. The owner hired us to do a modern renovation of their home and rear garden. The garden was under utilized, barely visible from the interior and could only be accessed via a small steel stair at the rear of the second floor. We enlarged the owner’s home to include the rear third of the floor below which had walk out access to the garden. The additional square footage became a new family room connected to the living room and kitchen on the floor above via a double height space and a new sculptural stair. The rear facade was completely restructured to allow us to install a wall to wall two story window and door system within the new double height space creating a connection not only between the two floors but with the outside. The garden itself was terraced into two levels, the bottom level of which is directly accessed from the new family room space, the upper level accessed via a few stone clad steps. The upper level of the garden features a playful interplay of stone pavers with wood decking adjacent to a large seating area and a new planting bed. Wet bar cabinetry at the family room level is mirrored by an outside cabinetry/grill configuration as another way to visually tie inside to out. The second floor features the dining room, kitchen and living room in a large open space. Wall to wall builtins from the front to the rear transition from storage to dining display to kitchen; ending at an open shelf display with a fireplace feature in the base. The third floor serves as the children’s floor with two bedrooms and two ensuite baths. The fourth floor is a master suite with a large bedroom and a large bathroom bridged by a walnut clad hall that conceals a closet system and features a built in desk. The master bath consists of a tiled partition wall dividing the space to create a large walkthrough shower for two on one side and showcasing a free standing tub on the other. The house is full of custom modern details such as the recessed, lit handrail at the house’s main stair, floor to ceiling glass partitions separating the halls from the stairs and a whimsical builtin bench in the entry.

When a 7 year old Brooklyn hip-kid is also an animal lover, you get this woodland boy's room, designed to grow and maximize storage. This small kid's bedroom features a storage bed, wall shelves, a spacious desk hutch, and a storage ottoman to accommodate ample toys and books, as well as a custom designed closet to suit a growing child's needs. Hipster Animals removable wallpaper is fun for a 7 year old, but still cheeky and cool enough for a teen. And while woodland animals abound, they are balanced by mature decor elements like neutral colors, dark blues, boyish plaid, and chic wool and leather textures meant to grow with child. This room is one of our favorite small space designs - it's fun, personalized, and makes the space look bigger--while also providing storage and function. A photographer’s home office is the theme of this work/bedroom. The lens of a vintage camera printed on a mural is the focal point of this room serving as the backdrop for a functional sofa bed. Textured wall paper in a medium grey color keeps the scheme neutral. The coil ceiling fixtures adds modernism and illumination to this room where the “old” and the “new” blend naturally. A modern white lacquer desk with storage above provides a functional working area in this space that can easily be converted into a guest bedroom. I am proud to present New, Stylish, Practical, and just Awesome ) design for your new kid's room. Ta -da... The space in this room is minimal, and it's tough to have two beds there and have a useful and pretty design. This design was built on the idea to have a bed that transforms from king to two tweens and back with ease. I do think most of the time better to keep it as a single bed and, when needed, slide bed over and have two beds. The single bed will give you more space and air in the room. You will have easy access to the closet and a much more comfortable bed to sleep on it. On the left side, we are going to build costume wardrobe style closet On the right side is a column. We install some exposed shelving to bring this architectural element to proportions with the room. Behind the bed, we use accent wallpaper. This particular mural wallpaper looks like fabric has those waves that will softener this room. Also, it brings that three-dimension effect that makes the room look larger without using mirrors. Led lighting over that wall will make shadows look alive. There are some Miami vibes it this picture. Without dominating overall room design, these art graphics are producing luxury filing of living in a tropical paradise. ( Miami Style) On the front is console/table cabinetry. In this combination, it is in line with bed design and the overall geometrical proportions of the room. It is a multi-function. It will be used as a console for a TV/play station and a small table for computer activities. In the end wall in the hallway is a costume made a mirror with Led lights. Girls need mirrors ) Our concept is timeless. We design this room to be the best for any age. We look into the future ) Your girl will grow very fast. And you do not have to change a thing in this room. This room will be comfortable and stylish for the next 20 years. I do guarantee that ) Your daughter will love it!

Overview Extension and complete refurbishment. The Brief The existing house had very shallow rooms with a need for more depth throughout the property by extending into the rear garden which is large and south facing. We were to look at extending to the rear and to the end of the property, where we had redundant garden space, to maximise the footprint and yield a series of WOW factor spaces maximising the value of the house. The brief requested 4 bedrooms plus a luxurious guest space with separate access; large, open plan living spaces with large kitchen/entertaining area, utility and larder; family bathroom space and a high specification ensuite to two bedrooms. In addition, we were to create balconies overlooking a beautiful garden and design a ‘kerb appeal’ frontage facing the sought-after street location. Buildings of this age lend themselves to use of natural materials like handmade tiles, good quality bricks and external insulation/render systems with timber windows. We specified high quality materials to achieve a highly desirable look which has become a hit on Houzz. Our Solution One of our specialisms is the refurbishment and extension of detached 1930’s properties. Taking the existing small rooms and lack of relationship to a large garden we added a double height rear extension to both ends of the plan and a new garage annex with guest suite. We wanted to create a view of, and route to the garden from the front door and a series of living spaces to meet our client’s needs. The front of the building needed a fresh approach to the ordinary palette of materials and we re-glazed throughout working closely with a great build team.
