We made some small structural changes and then used coastal inspired decor to best complement the beautiful sea views this Laguna Beach home has to offer. Vestibule connecting the two girls' rooms. My client loved this room. It totally captures her style. I can't believe she let me paint the ceiling pink! Everyone loves it.

You can see how amazing the views are from this apartment and the client definitely wanted to use this space to entertain. Having these low hanging lights from Flos are perfect when it gets dark as they give a beautiful glow over the Tom Dixon marble table. A small traditional full bathroom in a SF condo, converted from a 3.5’x8’ corridor washroom, features Calcutta marble counter, Calcutta marble mosaic floors, Italian subway tiles, Huntwood custom cabinets with custom design pullout laundry under the sink and a plenty of storage; wall mounted faucet and a Rohl shower set.

Media rooms don't have to be dark to be inviting and cozy, and our clients did NOT want the usual media room colors. So we designed a glamorous and inviting retreat in hues of cream, silver and gold accents. Three of the seats recline for the ultimate viewing experience. Custom created art work completes the look and ties the pillow fabrics together.

A newly finished basement apartment in one of Portland’s gorgeous historic homes was a beautiful canvas for ATIID to create a warm, welcoming guest house. Area rugs provided rich texture, pattern and color inspiration for each room. Comfortable furnishings, cozy beds and thoughtful touches welcome guests for any length of stay. Our Signature Cocktail Table and Perfect Console and Cubes are showcased in the living room, and an extraordinary original work by Molly Cliff-Hilts pulls the warm color palette to the casual dining area. Custom window treatments offer texture and privacy. We provided every convenience for guests, from luxury layers of bedding and plenty of fluffy white towels to a kitchen stocked with the home chef’s every desire. Welcome home!
