New doors, new flooring, new cabinets and we removed the tub. You will also notice that we removed the toilet room doors and widened the opening. We added several hand bars for stability. The shower has no curb to make it easy to get into without the tripping hazard. Hand bars strategically place for an aid to balance.

Homeowner needed bathroom modified for accessibility due to spouse's progressive reduction of physical capabilities; but did not want it to look sterile.
Bathtub was removed and a curbless shower was done, with 2x4 mosaic shower floor tiles transiting to an LVT vinyl plank floor. Corian shower panel, Hansgrohe fixtures and Moen balance bars for stability.

People with accessibility issues have special considerations and it is not one size fits all. This Client had a bathtub in this space that they could no longer use. We took out the tub and installed a low threshold shower. The curb we custom built to be a low as possible (this house is built on slab and the client did not wan to disturb that). Lots of grab bars for stability at every step of the shower. The wall head and hand shower allow for easier cleaning of both persons and the shower itself.

Inspiration for a southwestern master gray floor bathroom remodel with an undermount tub

Our client requested a design that reflected their need to renovate their dated bathroom into a transitional floor plan that would provide accessibility and function. The new shower design consists of a pony wall with a glass enclosure that has beautiful details of brushed nickel square glass clamps.
The interior shower fittings entail geometric lines that lend a contemporary finish. A curbless shower and linear drain added an extra dimension of accessibility to the plan. In addition, a balance bar above the accessory niche was affixed to the wall for extra stability.
The shower area also includes a folding teak wood bench seat that also adds to the comfort of the bathroom as well as to the accessibility factors. Improved lighting was created with LED Damp-location rated recessed lighting. LED sconces were also used to flank the Robern medicine cabinet which created realistic and flattering light. Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

This shed was custom built on site. Not a box store shed! This shed is on sono tubes for stability and pressure treated ramp for easy access. The false foundation and shutters complete the look. This shed was built to match the existing home. Steel entry doors, vinyl windows, steel entry door and composite for the ramp...WOW!
