The client came to us to transform a room in their new house, with the purpose of entertaining friends. In order to give them the relaxed, airy vibe they were looking for, the original outdated space needed some TLC... starting with a coat of paint. We did a walk through with the client to get a feel for the room we’d be working with, asked the couple to give us some insight into their budget and color and style preferences, and then we got to work! We created three unique design concepts with their preferences in mind: Beachy, Breezy and Boho. Our client chose concept #2 "Breezy" and we got cranking on the procurement and installation (as in putting together an Ikea table).From designing, editing, and ordering to installing, our process took just a few weeks for this project (most of the lag time spent waiting for furniture to arrive)! And we managed to get the husband's seal of approval, too. Double win.

You have heard the expression, bringing the outside in. Green Mountain Builders’ award-winning remodeling team did just that with this second-floor dated condominium in Estero, Florida. Built during the Tuscan-style decade, the condo needed an extensive remodel. Transforming a dark residence into a contemporary masterpiece started by bringing the lanai into the living space, with spectacular floor to ceiling windows. Now a feature of the air-conditioned space, it can be used year-round, and is aesthetically beautiful, while adding a tremendous amount of natural light. It made an open floor plan, every more open and provides additional sitting areas to the great room, kitchen and dining room space. The kitchen was completely remodeled and expanded. And entire new layout was designed offering a greatly improved flow. The white custom cabinetry, stainless appliances and expansive island with gorgeous countertops and tile backsplash are all elegant features making this a magnificent kitchen. Additional storage space was added, as was additional seating.

This Modern English home has history! Passed down through family inheritance, it hadn’t been truly updated since 1965. Lucky us that we met Vince & Angelica after they searched for just the right design team! The inspiration for this now elegant home started with their award winning backyard garden and koi pond. Like their landscaping, elegance and details now abound throughout the interior of this home also! Every surface was transformed to create a ‘new’ old world charm. Double saturated shadowbox, unique wallpaper, and checkerboard tile details set the backdrop for our curated blend of furnishing and accessory elements from top to bottom. Stunning Interior Remodel - Audubon Country Club, Naples, Florida This is a gorgeous remodel in one of Naples’ most extraordinary award-winning communities, Audubon Country Club. The remodel starts with a transitional kitchen makeover with new designer cabinets, beautiful stone countertops, two large islands with seating for four, upgraded features, appliances and fixtures. Bathed in natural light, the living room and family room are open and airy, providing a comfortable setting for formal and informal gatherings. These clients win the award for ‘Most Jarrett Design Projects in One Home’! We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with these kind folks so consistently over the years. The most recent project features their master bath, a room they have been wanting to tackle for many years. We think it was well worth the wait! It started off as an outdated space with an enormous platform tub open to the bedroom featuring a large round column. The open concept was inspired by island homes long ago, but it was time for some privacy. The water closet, shower and linen closet served the clients well, but the tub and vanities had to be updated with storage improvements desired. The clients also wanted to add organized spaces for clothing, shoes and handbags. Swapping the large tub for a dainty freestanding tub centered on the new window, cleared space for gorgeous his and hers vanities and armoires flanking the tub. The area where the old double vanity existed was transformed into personalized storage closets boasting beautiful custom mirrored doors. The bathroom floors and shower surround were replaced with classic white and grey materials. Handmade vessel sinks and faucets add a rich touch. Soft brass wire doors are the highlight of a freestanding custom armoire created to house handbags adding more convenient storage and beauty to the bedroom. Star sconces, bell jar fixture, wallpaper and window treatments selected by the homeowner with the help of the talented Lisa Abdalla Interiors provide the finishing traditional touches for this sanctuary. There’s nothing as wonderful as walking into a mid-century gem with clients who love the character of their new home. Our goal for this project was to incorporate the mid-century bones of this home into a new design that would better meet the contemporary needs of our clients. We started by taking down the walls that had separated this kitchen from the rest of the home and creating a welcoming space that blended seamlessly with the new open concept. The new kitchen design was a win for our clients with increased storage, more work surfaces, and a peninsula with plenty of seating. We utilized wood finishes through out this space with light wood flooring, medium-tones on the cabinetry, and darker wood accents throughout giving us a beautiful balance and a calm backdrop. This home had beautiful horizontal lines that we wanted to accentuate, so we selected a dark wood finish for the central beam and tied it in with the dark finish on the wood fireplace mantel and the stair handrail to emphasize the horizontal features. But we never miss an opportunity for a fun mid-century pop, and this home provided plenty of inspiration! The boomerang hardware on the cabinets and escher backsplash tiles give us great geometric elements to break up the clean lines of the rest of the space. One of our favorite features of this home was the original plaster ceilings with the custom hand troweled texture. We knew from the beginning that this was an element we wanted to maintain and accentuate, so when we opened up the kitchen and added recessed lighting we reached out to a local plaster artisan to carry the texture throughout the space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This design brings together the mid-century aesthetics of clean lines and fun patterns with the modern-day functionality our clients were looking for in their new kitchen.

Right from the start, these clients had a very specific wish list: A spot for all the things! The existing Kitchen was really lacking in storage space for everyday life. There just wasn’t enough room for things like Water Bottles, Lunch Boxes, Spices, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Kitchen Aid Mixer, and Containers - which left everything feeling jam packed and chaotic. Embracing function was first priority - we looked for ways to create a hard working and streamlined Kitchen. That came to life by incorporating as many Kitchen organization accessories as possible: A Blind corner pullout, Cutlery and Utensil Organizers, Drawers galore, Pantry Rollout shelving, A Recycling station pullout, moved the Microwave to the Peninsula, and added a Beverage Fridge. One of the favourite wins was doing away with the corner sink and redesigning the Kitchen to feature the sink area centred to the Window. We also extended the usable counter space of the Island and to allow for seating for 3 at the Peninsula. To keep things light but also add some interesting layers - we used a unique geometric 3 dimensional wall tile as the backsplash across the entire length of the range wall and right into the nook area. This textured wall tile was a pivotal element for durability but also for the aesthetic - which the clients say is one of their favourite parts of the new space.
