A dramatic renovation we completed on this Austin garage! We turned an unused storage space into a fully functioning bathroom! Crisp white tile walls, slate gray floor tiles, and a wall-mounted sink, shelf, and towel rack create the perfect space for family and guests to move from the outside pool area to the indoors without getting the rest of the home wet. In this Minneapolis, MN Townhome the open concept Living Room had to blend with all the surrounding spaces while serving as a more formal seating area for guests. Brandi Hagen of Eminent Interior Design used two different sofas with similar fabrics along with a pair of matching armchairs to create the seating arrangement. Using beige and gray as the backgrounds for this Living Room, shades of green and blue were accented in the rug, pillows, artwork and fireplace accent wall. Our studio gave this house an attractive appeal with beautiful rugs, exquisitely patterned wallpaper, attractive artwork, and classy decor. The entryway is flanked by white porcelain accent pieces on pedestals and a stylish table holding a pretty flower arrangement. Statement lighting hangs from the ceiling creating an elegant tone. Pastel pink chairs, striking peacock artwork, large lamps, and a stunning chandelier add fun and grandeur to the space.

These young hip professional clients love to travel and wanted a home where they could showcase the items that they've collected abroad. Their fun and vibrant personalities are expressed in every inch of the space, which was personalized down to the smallest details. This masculine powder room off the bar and billiards room is a strong statement. We started with the client art work (hanging in the reflection) a strip of plaster wall frames the art piece while the rest of the walls are covered in porcelain 12 x 24 tiles giving the feel of corten steel. The modern "take" on a farmhouse bridge faucet gives a nod to the farmhouse feel of this California home.

Small furniture pieces can make such a statement as well as provide functional seating when necessary.

Modern and sleek bathroom with black, white and gray. Black shaker cabinets with ample drawer storage and full height linen. Tie-dye gray and black Noble Marble countertops add a boho touch to this modern bathroom. A bold and edgy wall mount faucet from Waterworks adds a modern touch. The shower has simple white ceramic subway tiles with a grid pattern and contrasting black grout, accented by a unique cross shaped shampoo niche. Black basalt chevron on the shower pan ties in the modern black, white and gray hexagon floor. Two round mirrors overlap for a designer look. This bathroom is finished off by knurled black CB2 hardware and 2 hanging pendants from Mitzi with gorgeous chrome dipped light bulbs.
