Our Denver design studio fully renovated this beautiful 1980s home. We divided the large living room into dining and living areas with a shared, updated fireplace. The original formal dining room became a bright, stylish family room. The kitchen got sophisticated new cabinets, colors, and an amazing quartz backsplash. In the bathroom, we added wooden cabinets and replaced the bulky tub-shower combo with a gorgeous freestanding tub and sleek black-tiled shower area. We also upgraded the den with comfortable minimalist furniture and a study table for the kids. --- Project designed by Denver, Colorado interior designer Margarita Bravo. The home includes five bedrooms, five and a half baths, formal living and dining rooms, a large study and theatre. An extensive rear lanai with outdoor kitchen and balcony take advantage of the riverfront views. A two-story great room with demonstration kitchen featuring Miele appliances is the central core of the home.

This den office combination provides a deep colored respite from the crisp white of the rest of the home. The custom sectional with multi fabric combinations and fluffy shag area rug are anchored by an engineered wood plank floor. A toe kick step was added to the bottom of this vanity to help this growing family reach the sink. The undermount kohler sink and the cambria quartz countertops both add a touch of femininity and pattern to the room.

This beautiful marble owner's suite is an oasis from the noise of the outside world. With a steam shower, freestanding tub, luxury plumbing and lighting fixtures and marble tiles, it's truly an owner's dream bathroom.

A thoughtful study in scale and light. This angle highlights the bright, open-concept layout centered around a classic white apron-front farmhouse sink. Flanked by striking glass-front display cabinetry and anchored by a rich, natural wood-grain island base, the space is flooded with ambient light from the architectural skylight above. Every element is meticulously detailed to balance luxury entertainment with daily utility.

Situated on the west slope of Mt. Baker Ridge, this remodel takes a contemporary view on traditional elements to maximize space, lightness and spectacular views of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound. We were approached by Vertical Construction Group to help a client bring their 1906 craftsman into the 21st century. The original home had many redeeming qualities that were unfortunately compromised by an early 2000’s renovation. This left the new homeowners with awkward and unusable spaces. After studying numerous space plans and roofline modifications, we were able to create quality interior and exterior spaces that reflected our client’s needs and design sensibilities. The resulting master suite, living space, roof deck(s) and re-invented kitchen are great examples of a successful collaboration between homeowner and design and build teams.
