Joining the chorus of dismay re. customer service. Split a large order in two, charged to separate cards to avoid exceeding credit card limits. For the larger order, Revuvenation placed the expected $25K pre-authorization, then, one day later, a second one for $18K, thus blowing through the credit card limit and causing other, recurring, charges to be declined. Can't dispute either charge with AmEx since they are pre-authorizations. When I called Rejuvenation, the first rep claimed not to be able to see the order at all, though it was clearly there in my account on their site. With no sense of urgency, a manager called me back the next day and literally said there was nothing he or anyone else at Rejuvenation could do to reverse the bogus charge and I should just wait a week to see if it fell off or dispute it if it didn't.
The products are nice but customer service is a total failure.

I really wanted to love Rejuvenation - the website, the catalogs, the bloggers that post good things about them….it all made it seem like a no-brainer that Rejuvenation was a company that sold top quality items. I purchased from them twice after our home renovation. First, I purchased the gooseneck barn light in the copper finish and we hung it under a carport - the sun nor dew/rain ever touched it. 3 months after hanging it, I noticed spots like looked like mildew all over it. I took it down to clean it and the finish was already tarnishing. They send me another shade stating it must be a bad batch. Installed the new shade and 3 months later, the same thing. They did refund my money though.
Then I purchased the mission style black matte cabinet pulls. I really liked them. Now, not even 2.5 years later, the finish is scraping off of the pulls that we use the most (I do not clean them with chemicals and we are very careful with our new kitchen). I contacted them and asked about a warranty and they told me the warranty expired after 1 year (probably because they knew the finish would come off after that)….but they agreed to send me 4 new cabinet pulls (the worst ones).
So I can’t complain about the customer service, but I will never buy from Rejuvenation again. You have to check online reviews if the company itself won’t post reviews to their site. I should’ve checked outside reviews for sure.

I ordered door knobs as the site the stated the rose (backplate was 3") which should cover standard 2 1/8 bore hole. Plates were only 2" and did not cover the hole! So, the knob sets lay loosely in the hole (naturally) plus exposing the sides of the holes!! I returned the sets since it was a bald face erroneous description. Of my $2500 order for the sets for my house …..Rejuvenation kept 25% restocking fees and plus egregious shipping fees.
They basically kept $550+ They scammed me pretty well! I returned the sets to the store but they said they were also charging me return shipping since the merchandise would still need to be shipped back to the manufacturer! Stay away !! Descriptions are not accurate and their goal is to make money obviously and not provide the products promised.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Usually there is a correlation between higher cost, quality items and strong customer service. If you are paying more an item then the expectation is better quality and service. Not with Rejuvenation. Worse- they don’t even care. Save yourself the headache and disappointment by not ordering from them. Eventually, awful businesses fail and there is no question this one will.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is worst experience ever! Not only did they change my delivery date from December 15th to being shipped the next day (October 26th), but when I called to get it resolved they blamed me for their errors, told me I had to wait for delivery and then issue a return. However, they’re delivering to an address that I don’t live at yet since my closing date isn’t until November on a new construction. They offered no help to resolve the issues and even charged my credit card erroneously 2 extra charges that were not on my invoice. I was also told they were sending out items I never purchased and that I was now responsible for paying for them and they would not cancel the order. I had to call my credit card company and report the fraud and then I reported this to the BBB.

This is NOT the same store since it has been sold to Williams-Sonoma. I miss the customer service and quality of the original, local company. Not only do you have to pay for shipping on 95% of items since they don't have them on site-- if anything goes wrong with your order, expect to call numerous times to fix it.
I was sent the wrong item, went in to return it and get the right one sent me. Eight calls later, I've been assured the right one is coming. They sent me information to a wrong email, didn't notice that my order was paused because they entered the wrong credit card number, and now are still trying to make sure I wasn't charged the wrong amount. Errors happen, but I was the one checking in. They never noticed errors or called me. I will never shop there again.

We completely gut-remolded our kitchen and decided to use hardware from Rejuvenation. The Mission style hardware checked all of the boxes for us: It is solid brass, came in a polished nickel finish, had multiple sizes, and we loved the design!
A few months after the completion of our project, the hardware began to develop "water spots" so we followed the instructions and polished with a clean cloth. Unfortunately, this did not remove the spots. We tried a soap/water mixture as recommended, and the spots still did not come off. Next, Rejuvenation expressed their surprise and suggested we return the hardware for a replacement because we must have received a bad batch. I am handy, so I had no problem swapping out the hardware.
Now, within a month, the new hardware has the same issue. Spots are developing on the handles and will not come off. I am considering using a more robust metal polish before calling with Rejuvenation again. It would be really tough to replace the hardware with something else since they are variable sizes according to drawer width (6 different sizes/lengths including the tall pantry door handles).

Do not order from this company. They do not care about their customers and if any issue with your order ( including errors on their end) it will go uncorrected. We ordered a bed frame and paid for white glove delivery. Wrong item was sent (wrong color, wrong size) and I had to spend hours on phone/email to have the issue corrected. Their “solution” was to reorder and put us at the back of the queue to wait more than a month for a new item to arrive. Would not expedite for us or provide compensation us for the additional wait - and again it was THEIR error.

Worst company ever! It’s been almost 4 months since I place my online order and I still have not received my product. Every time I inquire about it I get a blanket email response letting me know the product will be delivered at some date a month out. I have asked for a refund only to receive the same email that was sent to me previously. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back or my product. It’s incredibly disappointing.

I am so frustrated with my order. I ordered two items for bathroom renovation in mid Dec 2020. At that time, the associate on the phone said item can be delivered 6-8 weeks. So far, the bathtub is a no show. The console arrived with missing pieces. The customer service is so difficult to work with. There is not a single point person can follow up my case. Each time I have to start from beginning talking with new associate. And no one follow up with me in a timely manner about what will happen to those pieces and give me a firm time when they will be delivered. Sooooooooo frustrating!!!!!!!

I purchased the Mid-Century Star Doorbell Button. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. It looked amazing for a few weeks. After a few weeks, the light went out. The doorbell no longer lit up. I contacted the company who indicated that i could uninstall and return the doorbell or get a refund of about $4. Uninstalling the doorbell really wasnt an option. I took the $4 refund. Not a fair refund for a doorbell that did not work.

I ordered an outdoor light for my side door. It took a long time to ship to me and it arrived damaged. The metal was split. I called customer service and sent a picture. They set me up for an exchange. Received another broken light. When I called again, I was told that this was common with this light. Now, if a company is aware of this problem, why would they keep sending broken lights? It’s a waste of everyone’s time and a huge inconvenience for the customer. Never again!
