Subdued Gray Kitchen boasting function and a touch of color. Traditional Cabinetry with cup pulls, white beadboard backsplash, and wood countertops are the neutral players in this kitchen. The white appliances, farmhouse sink, and stainless steel open shelving provide a sleek finish while floral wallpaper and a statement art piece provide dynamic design elements.

This property came with a house which proved ill-matched to our clients’ needs but which nestled neatly amid beautiful live oaks. In choosing to commission a new home, they asked that it also tuck under the limbs of the oaks and maintain a subdued presence to the street. Extraordinary efforts such as cantilevered floors and even bridging over critical root zones allow the design to be truly fitted to the site and to co-exist with the trees, the grandest of which is the focal point of the entry courtyard.
Of equal importance to the trees and view was to provide, conversely, for walls to display 35 paintings and numerous books. From form to smallest detail, the house is quiet and subtle.

Enclosed kitchen - mid-sized country l-shaped light wood floor and brown floor enclosed kitchen idea in San Francisco with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, white backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an island and white countertops

This country house was previously owned by Halle Berry and sits on a private lake north of Montreal. The kitchen was dated and a part of a large two storey extension which included a master bedroom and ensuite, two guest bedrooms, office, and gym. The goal for the kitchen was to create a dramatic and urban space in a rural setting.

The compact subdued cabin nestled under a lush second-growth forest overlooking Lake Rosegir. Built over an existing foundation, the new building is just over 800 square feet. Early design discussions focused on creating a compact, structure that was simple, unimposing, and efficient. Hidden in the foliage clad in dark stained cedar, the house welcomes light inside even on the grayest days. A deck sheltered under 100 yr old cedars is a perfect place to watch the water.

A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the Gore Range mountains. We expanded the seating area with the use of the camel leather daybed / chaise. The color palette is so fun - in the mix of olive, mustard, and teal subdued by the rich deep gray mohair sofa.

This 1930's San Anselmo bungalow is the perfect couple's retreat for weekends away from the city. Touches of playful pattern combined with sand and sea hues reflect the surrounding natural environment. The subdued palette creates a tranquil paradise making this cozy home the perfect escape.

Portofino Classico is a white quartz with a subdued grey pattern dispersed throughout. The pattern is consistently spread throughout the slab, giving the material an organic appeal and imitating the look of marble. Della Terra® Quartz, a natural quartz surface, is a blend of nature and technology. It combines beauty and functionality in a high-performance surface.

The guest bath had been a do-it-yourself project of a former homeowner and the materials and workmanship did not match the quality of the home. The old shower bench made it almost impossible to get in and out of the shower because it forced the door so close to the toilet. The bathroom was gutted and has all new fixtures and finishes. More Hawaiian art reminds the wife of where she grew up.

Clean lines and a subdued palette shape this bright airy space while Coral pops of color and patterns bring vibrancy to the kitchen.

Bluthner PH is perfect for a ultra modern sleek interior featuring glass, lots of light and subdued hues. The red leather encircling the case and the polished chrome of metal hardware will create dramatic statement against the transparency of lucite elements and the gleam of the lid’s metal shell
