This new kitchen design was created to eliminate dog pens. An L-shaped design allowed for a dog den base cabinet to be incorporated into the kitchen layout.

The kitchen features a cozy banquette, built-in custom cabinets, and a PentalQuartz Super White countertop for a contemporary look. The room’s central feature is an inset bar in rich macassar ebony and Flavor Paper’s Monaco gold foil wallpaper that was formerly a fireplace.

Food, movies, shoes, or a mixture of all three. You can hang anything on the Organized Living Over The Door system. It's a great way to maximize space in any room and gives you easy access to the items you use most often.

This classic kitchen has a white cabinetry that is offset with a second, grey finish on the island. Overall, the cabinet style is traditional with an ornate door style. There is also a mix of natural and engineered stone, including a marble backsplash, granite countertops and a quartzite island countertop. The large island also has seating, a prep sink and plenty of storage.

This exquisite bathroom remodel located in Alpharetta, Georgia is the perfect place for any homeowner to slip away into luxurious relaxation.
This bathroom transformation entailed removing two walls to reconfigure the vanity and maximize the square footage. A double vanity was placed to one wall to allow the placement of the beautiful Danae Free Standing Tub. The seamless Serenity Shower glass enclosure showcases detailed tile work and double Delta Cassidy shower rain cans and trim. An airy, spa-like feel was created by combining white marble style tile, Super White Dolomite vanity top and the Sea Salt Sherwin Williams paint on the walls. The dark grey shaker cabinets compliment the Bianco Gioia Marble Basket-weave accent tile and adds a touch of contrast and sophistication.
Vanity Top: 3CM Super White Dolomite with Standard Edge
Hardware: Ascendra Pulls in Polished Chrome
Tub: Danae Acrylic Freestanding Tub with Sidonie Free Standing Tub Faucet with Hand Shower in Chrome
Trims & Finishes: Delta Cassidy Series in Chrome
Tile : Kendal Bianco & Bianco Gioia Marble Basket-weave

Not only does the laundry room have ample storage and folding space, but it is also home to two wine refrigerators. White penny tile on the floor and subway tile on the sink backsplash are complemented by the Lotus wallpaper in cobalt from Galbraith & Paul. Countertops glisten and are made from Super White Pental Quartz in honed finish.

Close-up view of the Pure White Leathered Marble. Here you can see the two layers of marble, that combine for a deeper profile...6 cm edge. Very striking.

The layout and feel of the old kitchen wasn't working for these homeowners. We transitioned this kitchen from traditional with awkward layout to a bright modern space with traditional touches. The island was squared up and got more counter seating. We moved the sink and range top for a better work triangle. The space now has better flow and storage with a built in pantry and larger cabinets. They also got display areas with a built in hutch. We refinished the hardwood floors with a rich brown to complement the white kitchen. Floor plan & Design by Hatfield Builders & Remodelers | Photography by Versatile Imaging

Holleder and FIve, the couple's 9-year-old twin boys, share a room as do the other four children. "We knew we wanted our kids to share rooms, so that was a huge design element", says Cortney. "We think it is important that they learn how to work with others, so even our boys share a big dormitory style bathroom."
In order to keep the center of the room open, Robert and Cortney placed the boys' beds toe-to-toe along one wall. In true Novogratz fashion, the beds are inexpensive frames from IKEA that received a treatment of custom upholstery.

Space-saving Stairs have been used widely in Europe for many years and now have become quite popular in the US with the rise of the Tiny House movement. A further boost has been given to the Space-saving staircase with many of the major building codes in the US allowing them.
Here's the stair we designed and built for a client who wanted a super-slim, non-intrusive way to access their loft. It's built at the code maximum pitch of 70 degrees and has a 102" overall rise. The build code defines an alternating-tread stair as "A device that has a series of steps between 50 and 70 degrees from level... in an alternating manner so that the user does not have both feet on the same level at the same time." So just think with me; That's how we normally climb stairs isn't it? When we climb a conventional stair, we use half of the step at a time. So the idea of an alternating-tread stair is to save a huge amount of floor space by placing the treads in the position where we would normally place our foot as we climb the staircase. This is a brilliant solution for accessing an upper level when space in tight. Please contact Clyde if you want any type of custom stairs. 520-895-2060 or 916-991-9700

Stunning traditional house we worked on in cooperation with our long-time clients - Great Falls Construction and Christina Simon (C|S Design Studio). Has Super White Quartzite on kitchen countertops and Calacata Gold on the master vanity in the bathroom.
