Designed by Bilotta’s Fabrice Garson, this expansive traditional kitchen features our private Bilotta Collection Cabinetry in white paint with double stacked wall cabinets leading up to the coffered ceiling. The massive island houses multiple appliances, including a warming drawer, microwave and dishwasher next to the main sink, as well as large drawers for ample storage. Island seating allows for less formal dining or a place for the children to do their homework while mom prepares dinner. Two wall ovens flanking the 48” Wolf range top create a perfect cooking “nook” and the side-by-side fully integrated 36” Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer allow for plenty of food storage. On either side of the refrigeration are two tall pull-out pantries concealing snacks, spices, baking supplies and more. Every drawer in the space has its individual purpose, whether it be to house cutlery or fine china. The coffered ceiling, a trademark of many of Fabrice’s designs, really open up the space and intertwine it with the adjacent rooms for an overall open feeling – very bright and inviting. The wall on the other side of the island from the cooking wall features a secondary prep sink with a second dishwasher and a under counter beverage center, again, with plenty of storage in both the base and wall cabinets. The backsplash is mostly wood paneling except for the wall behind the range top where there is a custom designed marble mosaic pattern. Above the black single bowl sink, you can get a good look at the tile back splash in a super white and clear crystal glass mosaic. Espresso and white cabinets fill this luxury kitchen with efficiency and style. Textured glass light pendants hang above the second island with raised eating bar. A metal globe light hangs from the open breakfast nook. Beyond the breakfast room, you can see the second staircase and curved wall of windows in the great room. Our clients worked with Light And Dwell to realize their vision to update their 90's home. The moulding, cabinets and living space were very dark and made the space feel small. We worked with Molly and Amy at L&D to renovate the kitchen, replace the flooring, and re-finish the handrail. New linen and laundry room cabinets, new disc lights in the living room, and new painted moulding make this house feel fresh and beautiful. This kitchen design in a whole house remodel in Palo Alto started with the sunburst kitchen clock.
1950s l-shaped eat-in kitchen photo in San Francisco with an undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, brown cabinets, quartzite countertops, gray backsplash, glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances

Super White Grabill custom kitchen cabinetry graces the perimeter of the room and is offset by a rich chocolate stained island. Cafe Latte Quartzite countertops were chosen to compliment the two-toned cabinetry. Two hammered pewter sinks and a custom metal and wood hood add a nice touch of sparkle. The tall refrigerator and freezer doors were paneled in wood with a curved leaded patterned antique mirrors to reflect the day as it goes by.

The kitchen features a center island and counter tops of super white quartzite. The cabinetry is all custom-designed by Vartanian including a stove wood hood and inset doors. The backsplash is a glass subway tile in a brick pattern design. Simple cove crown molding finishes the space that features Sub Zero and Wolfe appliances by Salemi Appliance. A colonial waterfront home in Mamaroneck was renovated to add this expansive, light filled kitchen with a rustic modern vibe. Solid maple cabinetry with inset slab doors color matched to Benjamin Moore Super White. Brick backsplash with white cabinetry adds warmth to the cool tones in this kitchen. A rift sawn oak island features plank style doors and drawers is a rustic contrast to the clean white perimeter cabinetry. Perimeter countertops in Caesarstone are complimented by the White Macauba island top with mitered edge. Concrete look porcelain tiles are low maintenance and sleek.
