The fully concealed modules may host fitted storage units or entire kitchens. The various locking systems help to design solutions for any type of available room or space.

This contemporary farmhouse is located on a scenic acreage in Greendale, BC. It features an open floor plan with room for hosting a large crowd, a large kitchen with double wall ovens, tons of counter space, a custom range hood and was designed to maximize natural light. Shed dormers with windows up high flood the living areas with daylight. The stairwells feature more windows to give them an open, airy feel, and custom black iron railings designed and crafted by a talented local blacksmith. The home is very energy efficient, featuring R32 ICF construction throughout, R60 spray foam in the roof, window coatings that minimize solar heat gain, an HRV system to ensure good air quality, and LED lighting throughout. A Basement Built for Fun and Connection Our clients wanted their basement to feel more open and inviting—a space where family and friends could easily gather, relax, and enjoy time together. To make that happen, we opened up a dividing wall that once separated two main living areas, instantly creating a seamless flow that makes the space feel more connected and cohesive. Since entertaining was a top priority, we upgraded their at-home theater system and added a built-in bar, making the basement the ultimate spot for movie nights, game days, and laid-back get-togethers. To make the space even more functional, we reimagined a storage area into a sleek home office, while their existing office was transformed into the perfect guest suite. Now, their basement isn’t just more open—it’s a space designed for hosting, working, and unwinding, blending beautifully with the rest of their home.

This project is a prime example of maximizing usable space to get the most out of your backyard. Serving multiple functions; the deck is a perfect area to host dinner parties with the ease of access in & out of the kitchen, while also giving protection from the elements below. By finishing off the underside with a drainage system, it gives a dry space for rainy days to be spent on the gorgeous flagstone patio below. We added some curves to the project to keep it lively & vertical cable handrail to keep visibility at a maximum! Stroll down the steps on either side and the party continues with space for a hot tub, lounging and green grass that beckons to be walked, ran, and played on.
