The colour, Tropical Breeze, is predominantly grey intermixed with blue, green and burnt orange pebbles enhanced with Shimmering Sea which produces a medium blue water colour with sparkles at the surface.

We removed the existing heavy stone structure around the spa to bring our client's vision to life. Working with our design team, we helped them completely reimagine the pool area with fresh, contemporary materials. We replaced the lanai floor with Queen Anne Beige leathered marble pavers, creating a sleek, cool surface underfoot. A new Pebble Tec floor in Silver Pearl gives the pool a soft, inviting shimmer, perfectly complemented by a sparkling iridescent waterline tile from AlttoGlass in the color Atlantic. We also introduced a custom fire feature, clad in a multi-toned glass mosaic, which serves as an elegant centerpiece for evening gatherings. Complementing the tile features is a new Kichler outdoor sconce in an Olde Bronze finish, along with a matching oil-rubbed bronze ceiling fan. For enhanced entertainment and convenience, we added two weather-resistant speakers, completing the transformation and making the space both functional and beautiful.

The perimeter overflow spa features black porcelain tile to match the waterline tile of the pool. When the spa is not in use it displays a mirror like surface as water recirculates back into the pool. The pool features a durable, non-slip and stain-resistant Pebble Tec exposed aggregate interior in Moonlight Grey.

This riverfront property received a major facelift while keeping with the traditional style of the home. Working between an existing bulkhead and a covered patio off the back of the house, we incorporated various design elements to add plenty of "rooms" for the homeowners to entertain in. The linear pool features an elevated inset spa, with infinity edge. The pool deck, landing, and cabana floor are travertine. Brick stairs and walls match the existing brick from the property. A linear fire pit sits in a sunken gravel patio, to create a more intimate space and soften the feel of the hardscape surround.
