The pool features a 5’ x 13’ tanning shelf which is the perfect place for water-cooled lounging on hot summer days. Beyond the pool deck, in the location of a future cabana, the screened-in outdoor dining and lounge area is a comfortable gathering spot on warm sunny days and breezy evenings.

One of the backyard’s luxury highlights is the sunken hot tub, which being conveniently located right outside the basement walkout, is used year-round. Another is the custom sunken fire pit with custom stone-clad fire feature. The surrounding bench seating is the perfect spot to cozy up on spring and fall evenings.

There are some pool projects where the customer comes to us with a budget rather than a vision. Such was the case with this stunning backyard outdoor entertainment paradise. With this particular project, we worked with the home's developer to create a backyard oasis that was every bit as stunning as the home itself. Working with a pre-determined budget, we had a few design parameters - there had to be an outdoor kitchen/entertainment area that could be used throughout most of the year. A spa was also on the list and they wanted the overall design of the pool area to be in perfect sync with the exterior of the home. With that as a base, we set to work, creating a pool area that became a natural extension of the home, along with a covered outdoor kitchen/entertainment area that would be a welcome respite when temperatures cool off as well as an ideal place for family and friends to cook, dine, relax and unwind. The stamped concrete pool deck has ample room for patio furniture where there are plenty of large umbrellas to provide cover from the sun. Two waterfalls, one that spills from the spa into the pool and the other that features a sheer descent coming from the lush planter, add a touch of elegance to the overall look. The free form pool features skyline blue tile and a gorgeous, Tropical Breeze PebbleTec plaster finish. A retaining wall was built around the outside perimeter of the pool area where the lush landscaping frames out this backyard oasis. The final result is an outdoor area that will provide year-round entertainment on a grand scale. And all delivered within the original budget parameters.

Another luxury feature is the 6’ x 9’ spa which is winterized for year-round use. It is located near the home’s backyard walkout which is especially convenient during the off season. At the end of a long day, it’s easy to pop out for a relaxing soak. When not in use, the water recirculates through a slot back into the pool.
