With a 3 months renovation timeline and not a minute to spare, the chapter team created a precise build and design plan incorporating local craftsmanship for custom millwork allowing for fast production turnover and deliveries along with stocked materials. The idea around this project was to celebrate the lines and architecture of the original farmhouse while mixing in modern finishes and luxurious materials creating an authentic Hamptons getaway home.

This exclusive full-scale luxury home renovation by HouseHome Interior Design redefines modern living through a complete gut-and-remodel transformation, executed with precision on an exceptionally tight timeline.
Originally a 1971 green-and-brown vintage home, the property was fully reimagined into a sleek, high-tech contemporary residence for a C-level executive at Boeing, who entrusted HouseHome with the vision to create a bespoke, museum-worthy interior environment. Every square inch of the interior and exterior was redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up, delivering a dramatic architectural rebirth anchored in minimalist sophistication and industrial elegance.
The new design showcases custom walnut cabinetry, seamless quartz surfaces, stainless steel metal accents, and a fully opened, reengineered floor plan that maximizes light, flow, and modern functionality. A refined palette of black, crisp white, warm wood tones, and layered greys establishes a timeless yet forward-thinking aesthetic, while top-tier luxury brands and high-performance systems elevate the home into the realm of true modern smart-home living. The result is a high-design, high-tech sanctuary that seamlessly blends architectural minimalism with executive-level luxury.
The client was not only astonished by the speed and precision of execution, but by the extreme level of transformation and artistic vision delivered—solidifying this project as a signature example of HouseHome’s mastery in ultra-luxury modern residential design which has secured many referrals for us.

Full Bathroom Remodel with Modern Elegance and Functionality
BMR Belmax Remodeling recently completed an exceptional full bathroom remodel, transforming a dated space into a luxurious retreat that combines style, function, and elegance. This Richboro-based project showcases our team’s dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and efficiency, with the entire remodel completed in just 12 days. From large-format tiles to a new walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub, every detail was carefully selected and executed to meet the client’s vision and lifestyle.
Project Details: Elegant Modern Touches
The remodel started with a complete demolition of the existing bathroom, allowing us to design and rebuild the space from scratch. This fresh start enabled our designers to create a seamless flow between key features, maximizing both space and functionality. Large-format tiles were chosen for the floors and walls, creating a sleek, sophisticated look while minimizing grout lines for easier maintenance. The neutral tones of the tiles bring warmth and elegance, setting a relaxing ambiance for the entire bathroom.
Walk-In Shower and Freestanding Bathtub
One of the primary highlights of this remodel is the new walk-in shower, designed with clean lines and glass doors that enhance the spacious feel of the bathroom. Equipped with a modern rain showerhead and stylish matte black fixtures, the shower provides a luxurious, spa-like experience. Adjacent to the shower, a freestanding bathtub adds a touch of modern sophistication. Its elegant design serves as a focal point, offering a perfect spot for relaxation after a long day, enhanced by the striking black finish on all fixtures.
Custom Vanity and Lighting
The client wanted both style and storage in their vanity, so we installed a custom-built vanity with ample drawer space and a sleek countertop. The vanity’s design complements the bathroom’s overall aesthetic, blending seamlessly with the large-format tiles and matte black fixtures. Above the vanity, new lighting fixtures were installed to provide soft, even illumination, perfect for daily routines. The strategically placed lights not only add to the bathroom’s functionality but also enhance the room’s calming, inviting atmosphere.
Updated Plumbing Fixtures and High-Quality Materials
Throughout the remodel, our team used only high-quality materials, ensuring the bathroom is built to last. The updated plumbing fixtures, finished in matte black, add a contemporary edge to the space. This finish not only complements the neutral tones of the large-format tiles but also contributes a modern sophistication to the bathroom. Every element, from the large tiles to the smallest fixtures, was selected for its durability, function, and style.
A Smooth and Efficient Remodel
One of the most remarkable aspects of this project was its timeline—completed in just 12 days. BMR Belmax Remodeling’s skilled team managed each phase meticulously, from demolition to final touches, ensuring a seamless process. The client was thrilled with both the efficiency and the high-quality finish, expressing delight in the transformation of their bathroom into a functional, beautiful retreat.
In this project, BMR Belmax Remodeling delivered a bathroom that is not only visually stunning but also optimized for comfort and convenience. Our commitment to quality and client satisfaction is evident in every detail, making this Richboro bathroom remodel a proud addition to our portfolio.

Kitchen in Ironwood Drive | Warm Modern Home in Scottsdale, AZ |
Room Type: Whole Home Remodel and Furnishings |
Project Name: Ironwood Drive Residence |
Key Feature: A Tuscan home transformed into a warm modern interior through a full remodel and furnishings, highlighted by a custom hand-painted terracotta tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and a new fireplace clad in basalt black stone that anchors the living space with drama and elegance.
Challenge: Tuscan homes in Scottsdale are everywhere, and the design language that defined them, heavy wood, ornate details, dark iron, and rustic stone, does not transition gracefully on its own. The goal was to shed that Old World weight and move the home into something warmer and more current without losing the character that makes a remodeled home feel intentional rather than generic.
Solution: Living with Lolo led the full remodel and furnishings as a single integrated project, which meant every decision from the custom cabinetry to the final throw pillow was made in service of the same design vision. The hand-painted terracotta tile backsplash brought artisan character into the kitchen in a way that felt fresh rather than Tuscan, and the basalt black stone fireplace gave the living space a bold focal point that reads as distinctly modern. Because Lauren holds both an interior design credential and an active Arizona ROC general contractor license, the construction and design were managed under one roof with no gap between the two.
Materials: Custom hand-painted terracotta tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, basalt black stone fireplace, curated warm modern furnishings and textiles sourced through Living with Lolo's trade relationships.
Budget: $250,000 to $550,000 |
Timeline: Approximately 5 to 9 months from design through completion.

This modern small bathroom remodel showcases how ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry can deliver both design quality and long-term performance.
The greige shaker-style vanity features premium RTA construction, combining durable materials with streamlined installation. Paired with matte black hardware, the cabinetry introduces subtle contrast while maintaining a clean and timeless aesthetic.
A quartz countertop with integrated backsplash enhances durability and simplifies maintenance. The LED backlit mirror adds layered lighting, while the frameless glass shower enclosure with a built-in niche maximizes functionality in a compact footprint.
As part of our online RTA cabinet offering, this vanity was designed with efficient shipping, simplified assembly, and consistent construction standards in mind—making it well-suited for residential renovations and contractor-led projects.
This project demonstrates how thoughtfully designed RTA bathroom cabinets can achieve a high-end look without traditional custom fabrication timelines.

Bedroom in Trailside View | Refined Transitional Home in Scottsdale, AZ |
Room Type: Whole Home Remodel and Furnishings |
Project Name: Trailside View Residence |
Key Feature: A full home remodel and furnishings project anchored by white oak cabinetry and countertops, where the clients gave Living with Lolo real creative freedom to play with bold fabrics, wallpapers, and drapery that most homeowners would talk themselves out of.
Challenge: Transitional design can play it safe by default, neutral palette, inoffensive finishes, nothing that makes you catch your breath. The remodel needed a strong foundation that felt refined and timeless, but the clients wanted more than that. They wanted a home with personality, and the challenge was channeling that creative openness into something cohesive rather than chaotic.
Solution: Living with Lolo used white oak cabinetry and countertops to ground the remodel in warmth and quiet sophistication, then let the soft goods carry the personality. Bold fabric choices, expressive wallpapers, and thoughtful drapery gave each room its own moment without losing the thread that connected the whole home. Because the remodel and furnishings were managed together under one roof, the bolder design choices landed the way they were intended to rather than feeling like afterthoughts layered onto a finished renovation.
Materials: White oak cabinetry, white oak countertops, curated wallpapers, bold upholstery fabrics, custom drapery, and layered accessories sourced through Living with Lolo's trade relationships.
Budget: $250,000 to $550,000 |
Timeline: Approximately 5 to 9 months from design through completion.

A referral from Facebook Group, these clients were on a timeline to get into their newly purchased home that needed a whole lot of updating!
We first tackled their flooring and stair railing, so they could move in.
We then got to work on their owner's suite bathroom, which had a lot of unused space and outdated finishes.
A few of the things we changed: we turned a built in tub to a freestanding, changed the orientation of the shower and made it larger, and swamped out a built in vanity for a freestanding furniture vanity.

See what our client say about Paul Lopa Designs:
My wife and I consider Paul Lopa to one of the best designer / contractors on Staten Island. He handled our recent bathroom renovation with the utmost professionalism and skill. His knowledge of home construction is definitely a plus when working a project such as our 50 year old bathroom. Every facet of the plan, from design, demolition and rebuilding, was managed expertly and skillfully.
Most importantly Paul’s timeline was accurate and work was performed every day without fail. Preparation, such as dust covers, and clean up were also a big plus. We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone regardless of the size or scope of the project. We are great full to him for getting us through the project.
