This breathtaking project by transFORM is just part of a larger renovation led by Becky Shea Design that transformed the maisonette of a historical building into a home as stylish and elegant as its owners. Attention to detail was key in the configuration of the master closets and dressing rooms. The women’s master closet greatly elevated the aesthetic of the space with the inclusion of posh items like ostrich drawer faces, jewelry-like hardware, a dedicated shoe section, and glass doors. The boutique-inspired LED lighting system notably added a luxe look that’s both polished and functional. The contemporary look of the men’s master closet meets office space is striking. Imported wood panels add a natural element to the design while making outstanding use of the residence’s high ceilings. A rolling ladder adds an industrial touch while granting access to the upper cabinetry of the unit. Our team helped a growing family transform their recent house purchase into a home they love. Working with architect Tom Downer of Downer Associates, we opened up a dark Cape filled with small rooms and heavy paneling to create a free-flowing, airy living space. Our Indianapolis design studio designed a gut renovation of this home which opened up the floorplan and radically changed the functioning of the footprint. It features an array of patterned wallpaper, tiles, and floors complemented with a fresh palette, and statement lights. Style and function find their perfect blend in this practical laundry room design. Featuring a blue metallic high gloss finish with white glass inserts, the cabinetry is accented by modern, polished chrome hardware. Everything a laundry room needs has its place in this space saving design. Although it may be small, this laundry room is jam packed with commodities that make it practical and high quality, such as ample counter space for folding clothing and space for a combination washer dryer. Tucked away in a drawer is transFORM’s built-in ironing board which can be pulled out when needed and conveniently stowed away when not in use. The space is maximized with exclusive transFORM features like a folding laundry valet to hang clothing, and an omni wall track inside the feature cabinet which allows you to hang brooms, mops, and dust pans on the inside of the cabinet. This custom modern design transformed a small space into a highly efficient laundry room, made just for our customer to meet their unique needs.
