We incorporated two more matching sconces on this side of the room and were able to use some photography our clients picked up at a local art fair. We absolutely love the finished look!

Using the chair's upholstery as inspiration, we built a gorgeous, textured fabric palette that utilized neutral solids, tribal-inspired geometrics, and fun prints that pop.

Type-Variant is an award winning home from multi-award winning Minneapolis architect Vincent James, built by Yerigan Construction around 1996. The popular assumption is that it is a shipping container home, but it is actually wood-framed, copper clad volumes, all varying in size, proportion, and natural light. By removing the old fireplace surround tile, we were able to add a taller limestone fireplace mantle and a fabulous herringbone marble tile inset. We incorporated new sconces and moved them up much higher on the wall.
