Spare bathroom small upgrade, new ceiling and vanity, more practical.

Notably centered to capture all reflections, this intentionally-crafted knotty pine vanity and linen closet illuminates the space with intricate millwork and finishes. A perfect mix of metals and tiles with keen details to bring this vision to life! Custom black grid shower glass anchors the depth of the room with calacatta and arabascato marble accents. Chrome fixtures and accessories with pops of champagne bronze. Shaker-style board and batten trim wraps the walls and vanity mirror to bring warm and dimension.

This kitchen embodies the modern rustic trend with the emphasis on the modern. Natural wood, stone, steel and glass combine in a rich a palette of textures and soothing earthy tones.
A contemporary, functional - nearly commercial grade kitchen, that looks so cohesive and luxurious is not often found.
This kitchen remodel truly has it all: Stunningly silky granite slabs, textured backsplash, sleek chrome pot filler, high-end chef's appliances, an accent island with wood countertops and most importantly...a satisfied client who is the envy of the neighborhood.

Trail - Mark Tipple
Mark Tipple is an Australian photographer specialising in marine documentary. In recent years, he has closely collaborated with social welfare organisations in Australia and neighbouring countries. His most important work is entitled “The Underwater Project” – a project for which he produced a report as an official photographer, presenting the relationships that Australians maintain with the ocean. His objective is to interrelate the various facets of his work in order to shed light on stories that traditional media tend to ignore. His personal photography or photographs derived from specific commissions (World Vision, Planet Ocean or the Nanda Dian Foundation) are widely diverse and deeply humane. Widely documented, they are now presented in print media as famous as The Australian, The Independent or National Geographic.

Wall was removed, and stair case opened up, to create an open concept living space. The kitchen dining, and living room went from three small dark rooms to one bright and airy multi-functional space.
