Rounded wall? address it with style by using thinly cut mosaic tiles laid horizontally. Making a great design impact we choose to emphasize the back wall with Aquastone's Glass AS01 Mini Brick. Allowing the back curved wall to be centerstage. We used SF MG01 Cultural Brick Gloss and Frost on the side walls, and SF Venetian Ivory flat pebble stone on the shower floor. Allowing for the most open feel possible we chose a frameless glass shower door with chrome handles and chrome shower fixtures, this shower is fit for any luxury spa-like bathroom whether it be 20 floors up in a downtown high-rise or 20' underground in a Bunker! to the left, a velvet curtain adds privacy for the raised floor toilet room.

This remodel consisted of a whole house transformation. We took this 3 bedroom dated home and turned it into a 5 bedroom award winning showpiece, all without an addition. By reworking the awkward floor plan and lowering the living room floor to be level with the rest of the house we were able to create additional space within the existing footprint of the home. What was once the small lack-luster master suite, is now 2 kids bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The master suite was relocated to the first floor, and the kitchen that was located right at the front door, is now located in the back of the home with great access to the patio overlooking the golf course. All of the cuts in the tile were deliberate. Notice the equal reveal on either side of the soap niche. A rectangular soap niche is not only modern and unique, but also has a much higher storage capacity than the traditional small square recess. The pony wall provides separation and privacy and also is able to support the long floating bench across the back wall.

Lap pool 40' in length with perimeter overflow spa with Sicis Glass tile exterior, edge of spa and water line tile of pool and spa. Coping/decking is commercial grade porcelain tile. Tile on pool is a stone porcelain look and on decking is wood look.

The bold, raised seam copper shroud and stone veneer surround heighten the visual impact of gas fireplace insert. Half windows preserve privacy from neighbors while an existing door continues to provide access from the house.

Kitchen remodeling project where the homeowners decided to update their kitchen to a more transitional look by installing new custom cabinets. They went with a mission door by Bridgewood Advantage Series done in Maple. For the base cabinets they went with a stone color while the upper cabinets and pantry were done in boulder. For the countertops they went with a Quartz 3 cm and the backsplash was done in a glass subway tile. Some additional touches we included were a bookcase on the end of the island for cookbooks and a custom hutch/coffee station. To complete the new look we also installed oversized Harlow Glass knobs on the upper cabinets and Bordeaux Cabinet pulls on lower cabinets.
