Example of the HERR basement egress window installed. This is one of our 2016 new releases. When the window hinges are closed, the window looks does not visually appear different. The design allows us to meet Egress standards in an "non-standard" size, typically this means no concrete cutting.

Warm neutrals and layered textures create a calming, restful bedroom retreat. An upholstered bed with subtle striped detailing adds visual interest while maintaining a soft, understated aesthetic. Rich wood accents, modern wall-mounted lighting, and thoughtfully selected textiles bring warmth and depth to the space, resulting in a bedroom that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

Located in, Summit Park, Park City UT lies one of the most efficient houses in the country. The Summit Haus – designed and built by Chris Price of PCD+B, is an exploration in design and construction of advanced high performance housing. Seeing a rising demand for sustainable housing along with rising Carbon emissions leading to global warming, this house strives to show that sensible, good design can create spaces adequate for today’s housing demands while adhering to strict standards. The house was designed to meet the very rigid Passiv House rating system – 90% more efficient than a typical home in the area. The house itself was intended to nestle neatly into the 45 degree sloped site and to take full advantage of the limited solar access and views. The views range from short, highly wooded views to a long corridor out towards the Uinta Mountain range towards the east. The house was designed and built based off Passiv Haus standards, and the framing and ventilation became critical elements to maintain such minimal energy requirements. Zola triple-pane, tilt-and-turn Thermo uPVC windows contribute substantially to the home’s energy efficiency, and takes advantage of the beautiful surrounding of the location, including forrest views from the deck off of the kitchen. Bathroom in Lexington Ave | Room Type: Primary Bathroom (Master Bath Remodel) | Project Name: Lexington Ave | Key Feature: A modern, luxury bathroom with a subtle boho influence, featuring unique tile placement, statement lighting, and layered materials that create visual interest in a compact footprint. Challenge: The client wanted a full bathroom transformation while keeping all plumbing in its existing locations to minimize renovation costs, requiring creative design solutions within structural limitations. Solution: The design team reimagined the space by introducing updated finishes, distinctive tile layouts, wallpaper, and statement lighting to elevate the bathroom while working within the existing layout. The project was executed entirely remotely, demonstrating a seamless virtual design process. Materials: Bedrosians tile, Thibaut wallpaper, Arteriors lighting, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Jaipur Living rugs, Made Goods bath mirrors, and Bungalow5 bath stool. Challenge: Our client needed their downtown Toronto condo to serve as a peaceful retreat from the demanding pace of urban professional life. The space suffered from the sterile, impersonal aesthetic typical of many Toronto condos, lacking the warmth and tranquility needed to truly unwind after busy workdays in the city's core. Solution: We approached this project in thoughtful stages, transforming the condo into a serene sanctuary that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. By incorporating a palette of light, calming colors and introducing rich textural elements throughout the space, we elevated the sterile interior into a sophisticated retreat. Each design decision was made with the goal of creating visual and tactile interest that would engage the senses and promote a sense of calm.
