A rustic stone path meanders through a wooded site to arrive at the entry of this 2,800-square-foot home on Martha’s Vineyard, completed in 2001. The path sets the tone for the project itself: simple, functional, and integrated with the natural environment. The couple that commissioned the residence uses it as a summer getaway for family and friends. A master bedroom wing, a guest wing, and a central living, dining, and kitchen area provide a variety of spaces for living and entertaining. Augmenting these spaces are a porch, terrace, and roof deck—providing places for quite reading, gathering for drinks, or taking in unobstructed views of the night sky. The house generates human interaction and connections with the natural world. Ground level terraces and rooftop decks promote this interactivity while large sliding windows and doors literally bring the outdoors inside and encourage individuals to venture outside. The typical inside vs. outside boundaries of traditional buildings are dissolved.

A brand-new two bedroom laneway suite with a large balcony, perfect for aging-in-place or supplemental income, complements the renovated exterior on this charming bungalow. A new private porch complete with outdoor heater, ceiling fan and hidden storage completes the transformation. This is a thoughtful alternative to typical inner-city redevelopment, which allows for preservation of the existing home.

GARRISON 1-51
The Garrison is a sculptural iron casting intended for use a stool or side table. It recycles steel salvaged from the 2015 demolition of the namesake Garrison bridge near Toronto’s Fort York. True to STACKLAB’s ethos, however, the Garrison’s shape is not intended to be a formal representation or memorialization of any of the bridge’s attributes.
Instead, the Garrison exemplifies STACKLAB’s mission to emphasize that all material matters. Discarded or waste materials are repurposed in a way that imbues them with new life and meaning.
Its form was derived using digital real-time parametric design and fabrication technology. STACKLAB optimized the product to be as light and strong as possible: the Garrison’s 35-lb. weight can support a load of 900 lbs.
STACKLAB and its partnering firm Rebart procured two tons of bridge rebar, enough to release a limited-edition run of 102 units. STACKLAB designed the Garrison to be sand-cast and engineered the pattern (used to generate sand moulds) so that small manufacturing defects, typical of this process, would only appear at the tip of the piece. Units 1 to 51 have a thermally applied 1/16” solid bronze coating in this location, which ameliorates these defects. This coating turns units that may have been discarded into premium ones, enabling a near-100-percent yield out of the run. The sand-casting process produces faintly perceptible irregularities that enhance the Garrison’s tactility.
Garrison 1-51 is available exclusively at Maison Gerard.

In recent years, the way people watch television has changed dramatically. Traditional cable and satellite subscriptions are gradually being replaced by modern streaming technologies that offer greater flexibility, more content, and better accessibility. Among the growing number of IPTV solutions available today, Hakuna TV, also known as Hakuna IPTV, is becoming a popular choice for users looking for a premium streaming experience at home.
With the rapid development of smart TVs, high-speed internet connections, and streaming devices, IPTV services have become an essential part of modern home entertainment systems. Hakuna TV provides access to thousands of international channels, live sports events, movies, and on-demand content — all through a simple internet connection.
This new generation of television allows viewers to enjoy content anytime, anywhere, without the limitations of traditional broadcasting.
What Is IPTV and How Does It Work?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television, a technology that delivers television content over the internet instead of through satellite signals or cable networks.
Unlike traditional television services, IPTV streams content directly to devices such as:
- Smart TVs
- Streaming boxes
- Smartphones
- Tablets
- Computers
Services like Hakuna IPTV make it possible to centralize all entertainment in one place, offering a wide range of international channels and media libraries.
Why Modern Homes Are Switching to IPTV
As homes become increasingly connected and digital, many families are upgrading their entertainment systems to include smart TVs and streaming platforms. IPTV fits perfectly into this modern ecosystem.
There are several reasons why IPTV services such as Hakuna TV are gaining popularity among viewers worldwide:
1. Unlimited Content Variety
Traditional cable television often limits viewers to a fixed selection of channels. IPTV services, however, provide access to thousands of international channels from different countries.
With Hakuna IPTV, users can explore content from across the globe including:
- International television channels
- Sports broadcasts
- Movies and series
- News and documentaries
- Entertainment channels
2. Perfect for Sports and Football Fans
Sports are among the most watched television programs worldwide, and football remains the most popular sport in Europe and many other regions.
Many IPTV users choose services like Hakuna TV specifically for sports coverage. With the right IPTV setup, viewers can watch major sporting events, international leagues, and tournaments in high-quality streaming.
Football fans especially appreciate having access to a wide range of sports channels that broadcast games from different competitions.
With a reliable IPTV provider, fans no longer have to miss important matches.
3. Seamless Integration with Smart TVs
One of the biggest advantages of IPTV services is compatibility with modern smart TVs and streaming devices.
Hakuna IPTV works with many popular platforms including:
- Samsung Smart TVs
- LG Smart TVs
- Android TV devices
- Amazon Fire Stick
- Android smartphones and tablets
Instead of installing complex satellite equipment, viewers simply install an IPTV player and enter their account credentials.
Within minutes, the entire entertainment library becomes available.
A New Era of Home Entertainment
Modern living spaces increasingly revolve around digital technology and connected devices. From smart lighting systems to intelligent speakers and streaming platforms, homes today are designed to offer convenience and entertainment.
In this environment, IPTV services like Hakuna TV play an important role by simplifying how people access television content.
Rather than relying on traditional broadcast infrastructure, IPTV allows viewers to enjoy their favorite shows and sports events with just an internet connection.
This technology also allows for:
- faster channel switching
- improved streaming quality
- greater flexibility for viewers
Easy Setup and Installation
Another advantage of IPTV services is their simplicity.
Setting up Hakuna TV typically requires only a few steps:
- Install an IPTV player on the device
- Enter the account credentials
- Start streaming immediately
This ease of installation makes IPTV accessible to a wide range of users.

This Marietta house built in the 1970's was ready for a complete overhaul with the gentrification of the surrounding area. The kitchen and bathrooms were the main focus as well as all floors and new updated paint. In addition some walls were removed to create a more open flowing plan that is typical of newer homes. The result is a bright, cheery home to welcome a new generation of young homebuyers.

This classic Portland bungalow in the highly desirable Irvington neighborhood has been in the family for generations and lovingly cared for and updated throughout the years. It was now the main floor’s primary bathroom that needed to be addressed. A tight footprint made for some space planning challenges, but what we love so much about this project is that it demonstrates that so much can be done with a small space! Designing a shallower than typical vanity allowed us to extend the cabinetry and countertop as far as the door swing into the room would allow, adding much needed storage to the room. A narrow undermount sink combined with wall mount faucet ensures the vanity remains extremely functional. A tower cabinet at the end frames the sink and mirror, bringing an appreciated moment of symmetry while providing space for electric bathroom products and so much more. Where a two sided tub/shower once lived, now a walk in shower framed in glass makes the space feel, and live, significantly larger than its modest square footage. The use of glass on only the long side, and pony wall with glass above on the short end, visually expands the space allowing the eye to move freely around the room while still providing privacy at the toilet. Marmoleum flooring makes for easy cleaning while mosaic tile on the shower floor ensures traction in the wet environment. A classic penny tile accent around the shower walls, combined with the tile wainscot around the room speak to the classic architecture of the home. The bright and fresh palette is at once lively and calming, youthful and sophisticated, current and timeless!

When a Broomfield family approached Bunn & Sons about finishing their basement we were all ears, but this turned out to be more than the typical basement finish job.
The goal was to completely transform 1600 square feet of unfinished basement space into a fully functional, separate living area for the occupants. We worked with the clients to design and build the space which includes a full kitchen, master suite with bathroom, walk in closet, laundry room, living room, storage, and even it’s own HVAC system so conditions can be controlled independently from the upper levels.
The finished product turned out fantastic, thanks to the hard work of our entire team. We’re also excited that we got another multi-generational family living together (peacefully!) under one roof! We love a happy ending like this one!

This is the lakeside of a home that combines modern lake house design with a number of sustainable best practices to create a stunning and amazingly comfortable low carbon home.
To maximize the view out to the lake, a very large segemented window wall was designed that integrated the structure directly into the window mulls to minimize visual obstructions. Skylights on remotes are set above the great room to encourage natural ventilation. Except for the bedrooms and bathrooms, the rooms are all open to one another, again for natural ventilation.
The energy concept for the home was to be all electric to reduce fracked natural gas usage. Natural gas is only used as a starter for the high efficiency, sealed combustion, outside combustion air fireplace and for a back up generator. The 9.8 kW PV 35 Panel array provides 32% of the homes energy usage, with the remaining electricity coming from 100% renewable energy credits from the grid.
The mechanical system is provided by a series of all electric, ultra high efficiency mini-splits, controlled by an integrated smart home system. An induction cooktop, hybrid electric water heater and hybrid electric dryer complete the items that typically use natural gas. Lighting is all high efficiency correctly colored LED’s.
A home office is included on the second floor complete with a balcony, facing towards the lake. Their zero carbon work commute consists of walking across the 2nd floor hallway.
