I recently worked with Stacklab to create a custom coffee table using unique materials and a highly sculptural design. The experience was wonderfully interactive and collaborative. Down to even the caliber of finish samples sent for approval. The piece itself is stunning and the customer service was outstanding. I recently worked with Stacklab on a custom dining table for my interior design project in Colorado. The whole experience from beginning to end was flawless. Stacklab built a dining table for us from a 2000 year old red wood slab with resin in-fill and cast legs. We were able to choose the slab, see the drawings for the legs and choose the finish. Jeff Forest and his team came to our house to check the space, discuss our decor scheme and ensure that it all worked together. They involved us at every step of the design and manufacturing process. The project was on-time and on-budget. We were very impressed by their professionalism and flexibility as well as their creative process. Stacklab is now doing a large and complex renovation of our country home. It is a historically designated building with the limitations and constraints that go with the designation. Stacklab is project manager and will also be responsible for all the design and manufacturing of furniture, design details and lay out. We are confident that again the project will be on-time and on-budget.

STACKLAB made a large, square-cut table for me from a redwood burl carbon dated to be between 2,500 and 4,000 years old. I knew the piece would be something very special when I ordered it, but I had no idea until I saw it for the first time in my den at home just how special. I commissioned Stacklab to build a live edge coffee table. Jeff Forrest was great. He is clearly a brilliant architect who has been blessed with a great design sense, especially when it comes to building astonishing and functional furniture. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He also gave recommendations for my space that I am very glad I relied on (he also thankfully wasn't afraid to be honest if I suggested an idea for the piece which he didn't think would work well). The final price was exactly what we agreed upon beforehand. The time he took to complete the project was well within reason.
