Demoed existing tile floor and self leveled the floors. Continued to paint the entire interior of walls, from a dark gray to a pure white. After the paint job, we put down the floor, underlayment with LVP. The final part was putting back the baseboards with quarter round molding and painting. Finalized by doing a walkthrough and touching up any areas necessary.

We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.

This basement located in Groton, MA was a fun one to build. We installed ship lap half way up around all of the walls, constructed a bar, boxed in beams, electrical and plumbing. Underneath the laminate flooring is 3/4" subfloor interlocking underlayment to keep all moisture out of the basement.

In this master bathroom, we installed Medallion Oak Cabinetry in the Devonshire Reversed Raised Panel Door, Modern Overlay in Cottage White Sheer accented with Crystal bracelet pull and round knobs with Cambria Quartz countertop in Summerhill color. Also installed is an Idell Scalloped decorative 32”x23 ½” mirror. Delta deco accessories in chrome from the Cassidy collection includes one towel ring, one paper holder, two robe hooks, and one 24’ towel bar. A Riona Oval Vessel sink in White and a Delta Cassidy Lavatory Faucet in Chrome was installed. Installed on the walls is 3x6 Arctic White Beveled Gloss tile with an accent of 3x6 Beveled Mirror tiles. A Barclay tub/shower converto unit, shower ring, shower head in chrome with white porcelain accents. On the floor, American Olean Creekwood 6x36 tiles in Walnut Brook color with ditra underlayment setting materials.

Designed with a mix of New England and inspired by our coastal surroundings we wanted to create a relaxing and sumptuous atmosphere, with added luxury of wooden floors, bespoke wainscoting and textured wallpapers. Our client asked for a contemporary fitted bathroom with fitted gloss cabinets and everything easy to clean. We fitted as many cabinets as possible into the space, ensured there were no gaps that were difficult to clean. Slate LVT flooring was installed along with the client's supplied LED mirror. We installed new LED downlighting, a high-pressure fan and chrome towel rail. This Victorian floor was discovered at a house in Swiss Cottage in the London borough of Camden when the current owner took the old carpet up. It was in need of substantial restoration to bring it back to its former glory however we have had really good results from restoring similar floors so we were confident it could be done. The carpet had literally just been taken away so we had to remove the gripper rods, underlay and deal with the adhesive which we managed to tackle using a strong solution of Tile Doctor Remove and Go which was left to dwell and penetrate the glue for ten minutes before being scrubbed in. Once the glue was removed the tiles were given a thorough clean using Tile Doctor Pro-Clean using the same process of leaving it to soak in and then actively scrubbing it into the floor to get the tile and grout as clean as possible. The floor was then rinsed and stubborn areas re-treated until we were satisfied with the result. The last cleaning step was to use a steam cleaner to pull as much dirt out of the pores of the tiles as possible and a wet vacuum to extract the liquids and get the floor as dry as possible and we also re-grouted where necessary due to the damage caused by the gripper rods. We also gave the Victorian tiles in the entrance lobby a thorough clean using the same process, although they had not been covered in carpet they were still in need of a deep clean. The floor was left to dry and when we returned the whole floor was ready to be sealed and for this we used five coats of Tile Doctor Seal and Go which adds a nice shine to the floor as well as providing a surface seal that will help protect the tiles from stains going forward. For the entrance lobby we used two coats of Colour Grow which doesn’t add the shine but as an impregnating sealer we felt it would perform better with the wear at the front of the house.
