These laminated blocks have a lovely brushed texture with an easy clean surface and wonderful colour variation. They can be floated over an underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor. These man made blocks are harder wearing and need no further finishing. Less skill needed for fitting and laying out because of the integral click system – very good tight fit.

Customer removed carpeting and base boards to save on costs, I rolled a water proof membrane on sub-floor, installed 1/4" underlayment for a even floe with kitchen tile when the new floor is installed. new base boards and 3/4" round for a nice finish.

This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.

Home Renovation - Carpet, Stairs and Railings, LVT We wrapped up a detailed and extensive flooring and carpentry project that spanned multiple stages and materials. Here's a breakdown of what we accomplished: Hardwood Refinishing: * Refinished hardwood on steps, railings, and floors with DuraSeal medium color stain. * Applied three coats of water-based polyurethane with a matte finish, plus an additional coat of BonaTrafficHD finish for extra durability. Carpentry: *Installed a new railing from the basement to the second floor, featuring five posts made from Square Red Oak (3.5" wide) for a sleek and sturdy look. Carpet Installation: *Installed carpet in bedrooms and closets using Monte Carlo II material in the color 6076 Antique Fresco. *Laid down a carpet runner on the stairs for added safety and a touch of elegance. LVT Installation: *Laid luxury vinyl tile (LVT) with rubber underlayment for enhanced comfort and sound absorption. *Used Shaw Endura Plus LVT material in the color Marina 2014 Each stage of the project was executed with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch workmanship.
