Gorgeous Remodel- We remodeled the 1st Floor of this beautiful water front home in Wexford Plantation, on Hilton Head Island, SC. We added a new pool and spa in the rear of the home overlooking the scenic harbor. The marble, onyx and tile work are incredible!

French Country - Modern shine brightly together. French Country projects are known to lean towards white vanities. This particular client was willing to make that artistic step; peacock blue was chosen for this Master Bathroom vanity. The color adds a very happy feel to the space. There is a confusion that white actually makes a space happier. Here is a little food for thought; white is never just white. Every "white" has an undertone and with every undertone there is a feeling that will attach it's self to that undertone. White then bounces light off of it's self continually. Therefore, if the space is all white, the light never stops moving. Color is a fantastic way to create calm, inspiration, hopeful feelings and an uplifted environment in a room. The backsplash in this bathroom is a 4x12 antiqued subway. The countertop is a porcelain, Laminam product. Laminam rarely splits at install due to the way the product is made. As long as you hire the correct porcelain countertop installer, Laminam countertops are a home run and handle abuse well. Rustic pendants were installed to create texture in the space. 18x24 porcelain tiles flow throughout the bathroom to decrease in the grout lines.

Kitchens have a beautiful simplicity when designed white on white. However, when designing white on white, finding a white with a little cream (not yellow cream) rather a silver undertone with a little beige cream, will sooth the white to become a warm flavor. White is NEVER white. Every white is a different color. Making sure that the "whites" that you choose, to marry together, must all have the same undertones or have a dab of silver which allows warms and cools to work together.
This kitchen, in real time, has a very warm feel to the room. The whites DO NOT have a blue undertone, which will push the space to feel extremely cool.

Complete gut and redesign of the entire first floor, including a floor plan modification of the Kitchen, Foyer, and Dining rooms. Bespoke kitchen cabinetry design, built-in carpentry design, and furniture, window treatments, wallpaper, and lighting updates throughout. Bathroom design including custom carpentry, and updated plumbing, lighting, wallpaper, and accessories.

Penny Rounds, glass backsplash and Hexagons are a beautiful and sophisticated way to create a space that allows a hopeful feel to flow throughout the space, while keeping the simplicity and elegance apart of the design. Penny rounds can be used on the floors, ceilings and walls.
Here is a little food for thought... Penny rounds keep your feet from slipping in the shower due to the grout. The grout is so close, that the foot is always hitting some part of the grout, which allows the user to choose a gloss or matte penny. Both are safe to use on the shower floors and/or bathroom floors.
Many ask how the more Industrial Modern bathroom's can be in the same home as the Traditional kitchen and bathroom. Part of the trick; make sure that the textures have the same undertones. Undertones are EVERYTHING! There are some colors that have a little silver in the undertone which allows warms and cools to marry together. When a silver undertone can be found, the textures and different design styles can flow with ease from room to room, creating a unique whimsical but elegant push.
