The focal point of the yard is an exquisite plunge pool with adjoining spa. Due to limited space, the dry Gunite pool is a compact 13’ x 26’, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in elegance. The striking white feature walls beautifully integrate it into the sloping grade, while a full length underwater bench serves as the entry step for the 5’ uniform depth pool.

This patio in architectural stamped concrete is finished in a saw cut pattern and colour blended to match the natural Wiarton Ebel pebble top stone coping. The custom circular-spa is raised to a convenient seating height, which allows bathers and non-bathers to easily engage in conversation.

Master bathroom doubles as teenagers bathroom. This light and airy bathroom has a subtle underwater theme using Ann Sack glass tiles matte penny mosaic and 12" x 6" gloss tile and Heath Ceramic overstock tells on the floor to provide a sand like bottom. Lots of extras including plenty of towel/robe hooks, towel bars, teak floor mat and vanity, with a gray granite countertop. Extra faucet with hose and floor drain aids in any clean-up job. The fiberglass tub was recycled to give a transitional look for this contemporary underwater bathroom theme. Hand held shower head on sliding rail makes for easy clean-up in bathroom and height adjustment for growing teenagers. The finished spa and wet deck, adorned with a pair of white ledge loungers. Notice the mirror-like surface over the flush spa. This is achieved by applying dark colors and finishes underwater, and also by creating a flat, smooth surface on top with the water itself.
