H2D Architecture + Design developed a comprehensive vision for the renovation of this Bellevue residence, creating a cohesive master plan that can be implemented in phased construction to align with the homeowners' priorities, budget, and timeline. The first phase reimagined the primary suite, including a redesigned bathroom, reconfigured closet and bedroom. Strategic space planning enhanced the functionality and flow of each space while creating a serene, spa-inspired retreat tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle. Future phases will transform the home's main living areas through a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, dining room, entry, and living room. The design will improve circulation, increase functionality, and create light-filled, beautifully connected spaces. Step into this powder bathroom and you are transported to a Swiss mountain lodge bathroom. In the summer, the cool tile floor refreshes tired bare feet. In the winter, the radiant floor heating surprises socked feet with unexpected warmth. The custom wood vanity balances style with function... the wood counter top's special glazing protects the wood from standard sink use.

Contemporary dining room that is clean in line, simple and luxurious. The color palette of the room is brought in directly from the outdoors seen through the windows. The dining table bases were custom made and the chairs custom upholstered with analogous colors for an unexpected statement.

This luxurious interior tells a story of more than a modern condo building in the heart of Philadelphia. It unfolds to reveal layers of history through Persian rugs, a mix of furniture styles, and has unified it all with an unexpected color story. The palette for this riverfront condo is grounded in natural wood textures and green plants that allow for a playful tension that feels both fresh and eclectic in a metropolitan setting. The high-rise unit boasts a long terrace with a western exposure that we outfitted with custom Lexington outdoor furniture distinct in its finishes and balance between fun and sophistication.

Nestled in the dunes on a double ocean front lot, the interior of this magnificent home is comprised of bespoke furnishings designed and built for each space. Carefully selected antiques and eclectic artwork blend colors and textures to create a comfortable, fresh palette balancing formality with a touch of whimsy granting the classic architecture an unexpected and lighthearted feel. The study flooring is an unexpected cork by Solida in the color ‘antiquity’, and in the lavish master bathroom they installed a beautiful 1-inch mosaic trim and 24x24 Calcatta stone flooring. The Beasley & Henley interiors take advantage of the abundance of natural light with its western exposure and expansive windows. They created a modern atmosphere to reflect the area’s demand for upscale, urban residences

Brightness and light coexist seamlessly with vibrant punches of french blue in this master bathroom. While simple in appearance details like the marble profiles which serve as backdrops to the tub and custom vanities add luxuriant layers and quiet visual interest.

This client wanted a fresh start, taking only minimal items from her old house when she moved. We gave the kitchen and half bath a facelift, and then decorated the rest of the house with all new furniture and decor, while incorporating her unique and funky art and family pieces. The result is a house filled with fun and unexpected surprises, one of our favorites to date!
