Modern and sleek bathroom with black, white and gray. Black shaker cabinets with ample drawer storage and full height linen. Tie-dye gray and black Noble Marble countertops add a boho touch to this modern bathroom. A bold and edgy wall mount faucet from Waterworks adds a modern touch. The shower has simple white ceramic subway tiles with a grid pattern and contrasting black grout, accented by a unique cross shaped shampoo niche. Black basalt chevron on the shower pan ties in the modern black, white and gray hexagon floor. Two round mirrors overlap for a designer look. This bathroom is finished off by knurled black CB2 hardware and 2 hanging pendants from Mitzi with gorgeous chrome dipped light bulbs.

The wall was opened up to give more light into the master bedroom. Barn doors were added to maximize space and aesthetic.

Our design studio fully renovated this beautiful 1980s home. We divided the large living room into dining and living areas with a shared, updated fireplace. The original formal dining room became a bright and fun family room. The kitchen got sophisticated new cabinets, colors, and an amazing quartz backsplash. In the bathroom, we added wooden cabinets and replaced the bulky tub-shower combo with a gorgeous freestanding tub and sleek black-tiled shower area. We also upgraded the den with comfortable minimalist furniture and a study table for the kids. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. This farmhouse designed by our interior design studio showcases custom, traditional style with modern accents. The laundry room was given an interesting interplay of patterns and texture with a grey mosaic tile backsplash and printed tiled flooring. The dark cabinetry provides adequate storage and style. All the bathrooms are bathed in light palettes with hints of coastal color, while the mudroom features a grey and wood palette with practical built-in cabinets and cubbies. The kitchen is all about sleek elegance with a light palette and oversized pendants with metal accents.

Mirrors often show more than just a reflection. We took a small powder bath and transformed it to compliment the rest of the house. Because of the size of the room we wrapped the upper half of the room in 12 x 12 aged mirror tiles laid in a diamond pattern. in the corners the bronze nail heads were an exclamation point! Natural stone was used for the floor and walls. We divided it with a deep profile chair molding. A garden lion head was used for the faucet. We hand carved two side pieces to give it that wow factor. Our finishing shop then tied the stone lion head, carved side pieces and chair molding together with a beautiful, textured finish. All together it gave us the glamorous effect we were going for.....
