We rebuilt the space with new joists, subfloor, spray foam insulation, plumbing, electrical, drywall, Schluter Ditra Heat under CERAMICA FIORANESE Old Wood Moka tile, custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, granite countertops, and coordinating Old Wood Moka backsplash tile.
